I took my car to Ford Dealership to check my engine light and they wanted to charge me $80 just for a diagnostic check which I assumed would be free since I bought my car there. I looked online to see who offered this free service and AutoZone was the first one to come up. They were not only very friendly but also very helpful in doing a free quick diagnostic test with a printout and several suggestions for what I might want to do next for my car. Thank you AutoZone!

Mike was happy to help me select the appropriate low beam headlight bulb replacement. He also installed the bulb, made sure it was functional and then re-secured the front bumper. Some of the bumper clips were broken and he helped match the clip and then installed those as well. He was also helpful selecting the appropriate oil change materials and suggested replacing the drain plug gasket to reduce leaks. Bottom line, Mike is awesome and very helpful!

I purchased a car battery here about a year and a half ago. I was having trouble with it and took it back for testing. The battery was bad and would not take a charge. They were able to pull up the warranty and replaced the bad battery with a new one. Thanks Auto Zone!

I want to give a huge shout out to Jack P. I bought brake pads and he was extremely helpful because my warranty was somewhat confusing and his patience answering my questions and trying to help me was a testament to his exceptional customer service. Jack was so incredibly helpful! Im not very savvy with cars but he went out of his way to come out and help us install the parts to fix my ac! Staff was so friendly and personable.
