I had a check engine light with a specific code. My mechanic wouldn't touch because calibrations needed updated. I arrived with the service bulletin in hand. Instead of working on the code that I brought my car in for, they decided to \"fix\" a saved code that was already diagnosed and fixed.

Ready to buy 2 Chevy work vans for asking price through our fleet company. Sales manager wouldn’t work with us because they “wouldn’t make enough money since we didn’t have a trade in and since we weren’t going to use their financing”. Gladly took our business to Bowser Chevy in Beaver County the same day. Imagine running a business like that.. Yikes.

Went to Baierl to get my truck inspected. I wait in the waiting room ever since they didn't work on my truck because I went to lunch with a friend while waiting one time. I guess since I left the building, they felt they didn't have to work on my truck. I always try to get the first appointment of the day, or as close as possible 7:30-8:00. After waiting all day, they came and told me they wouldn't be getting my truck finished and they couldn't give it back to me because it was taken apart. They also didn't have anyone that could give me a ride anywhere. Their attitude was, "just call someone to pick you up" which I would have done if I knew anyone that could. I was forced to walk to the nearest car rental and rent a car so that I could get home that evening. I just made it to the car rental place before closing. Unfortunately they only had luxury cars available and it cost me almost $200. The next day, Baierl didn't have anyone available to pick me up at the car rental, so once again I had to walk from the rental place to the dealership. When I went in and told the service people that I was there and I would be waiting in the waiting room their response was "you should have called, we would have told you not to come because your truck isn't finished" I explained to them that the rental car was due back and that I would just have to wait, and they acted like I was completely unreasonable and asking them for something over and above what they should be doing. I don't understand why my waiting in the waiting room was such a problem, but I think it was because they hadn't planned to work on my truck that day. Just before 6:00 pm they finally finished my truck. I then got a survey from them along with instructions to only fill it out if I was completely satisfied. When I filled it out HONESTLY, I got several phone calls (3 calls 20 minutes long) from them wanting to know why I gave them less a less than perfect rating. When I told them, they said that I shouldn't have given them less than perfect marks and because of that the service technician was NOT going to get paid. I told them that they shouldn't have sent me a survey if they didn't want honest feedback. I am truly sorry if the mechanic didn't get paid because the service manager treated me so poorly. They should have a better way of determining who is at fault when something goes so horribly wrong in the service department.

Had my inspection here. They were able to get me in quickly. Raymond is so personable and easy to work with. Have dealt with Bairel for years and will continue to do so.

Service entrance door was open but red x above door so there was confusion before even pulling into service. Cust serv person was not kind, no greeting or thank you. Someone in plain clothes (no name tag or baierl uniform) asked for my keys which were already taken from me by cust service. Just shy of 2 hours for only an oil change. I thanked the Cust serv person after my service was complete and was not even given a "you're welcome". How about a thank you to me as the customer? Or a thank you for your patience. Not recommended for any service

Employees are friendly and helpful. Service is what i expected for a newer car. Estimated what for the work to be done was right on the nose.

I was in for a state inspection. Based on past experience I brought a book and the NYT Crossword. Within an hour they were finished and I was out of there. Their speed and efficiency was remarkable.

They treated me like family/ must say they were very friendly and professional / they had what I was looking for color and all we came to an agreement and the truck is sitting on my driveway as we speak / highly recommend them

Please see review under Baierl Chevrolet Service in same building. I bought 3 new chevy vehicles from Baierl in the last 10 years, but never again. The will not honor the contract for free car washes, now they say only when service is done. On my Malibu, I took it to them 3 times to fix a rattle in my rear deck where the speaker is and guess what.... I had to fix it myself since it kept rattling after 3 service visits and I am not even a mechanic. The best part is they dinged my driver side rear door. Avoid Baierl like a plague.ng.
