I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer, and the service through my salesperson James was phenomenal. They worked everything remotely for me since I am not local to the dealership, the response times were exceptional, and all of my questions answered in great detail. They delivered the vehicle to me in Ohio with a full tank of gas, and even brought cleaning supplies to clean the vehicle of its road bugs & grit before finally handing it over to me. I would absolutely recommend working with this dealership, and James as an advisor specifically.

it was a fantastic experience from the moment we arrived, until the time we took delivery on our Bentley. James greeted us and answered all of our questions. He was also very courteous and respectful. it did not make a difference that we were buying a used one, we were treated as though we were purchasing a brand new car. We would highly recommend the dealership in purchasing a new vehicle. Thank you to everyone who was involved in the purchase of our new Bentley.Vicki and Lee

Literally the worst buying experience of my life. I purchased from Robrich Maserati / Bentley, a preowned Ferrari. The dealership represented that the Ferrari was in perfect working order. They claimed to have had a pre-purchase inspection completed, which was flawless. That turned out to be a lie. I commissioned my own pre-purchase inspection and discovered that all the major parts of the suspension (shocks, control arms, tie rods) were dangerously deteriorated, represented a safety hazard, and needed replacing before the car would be roadworthy. The dealership, after strenuously resisting, finally agreed to repair the suspension. I was told the work would take about a week. A month and a half later, the car was still not fixed. The dealership finally admitted that they purchased an aftermarket, third-party suspension. That was without my knowledge or approval. I requested only OEM parts be used on the Ferrari. After attempting to install the third-party parts, the dealership finally realized that they did not fit or connect with the car properly. A month after that, I was still waiting to have my car repaired and delivered to me. I was then told, that the reason they did not choose the original OEM parts in the first place was because they were too expensive. Dealership attempted to cut corners without telling me, they got caught, and it cost precious time and money. Three months after I purchased and pain in full for the car, I was still without my car. I demanded they order and use OEM parts. When they finally received and installed the parts (which they should have ordered to begin with) it still took more than three weeks to complete. Because of the remarkable delay, I asked for the dealership to pay for part or all of the shipping cost (I live in California), which was about $2600. The dealership flatly refused, gave me absolutely no discount or courtesy for having been without my car firm several months, and said, "If you want your car come pick it up. Otherwise, you can have your money back and we will resell the car." If the car were not a unique vehicle that I've sought for several years, I would have done exactly that. I've purchased many vehicles--most of them high-end--during the past 15 years. I have never been treated so poorly, nor have I experienced a more shady attempt to cut corners by dealership. They are far more interested in wringing out every cent in a deal rather than attending to their customers. They should be ashamed. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Do business with Rohrich at your peril.

Everyone was very friendly at the dealership. My salesman Tim let me test drive the car no questions asked and gave me the best deal possible on my trade in. Gave me refer all to great insurance company as well too. Will definitely be back for my next car!

Bentley of Pittsburgh, is a wonderful place. I first met these fine folks at last year's Vintage Grand Prix last Summer. I was invited into their tent to chat, and to feast on their fabulous buffet of food. They gave me several brochures and magazines about the Bentley line. Yesterday I stopped into the dealership to look at some of the cars they had for sale. Currently, they have several Continental GTC (convertible) models available, and also some really nice Bentayga SUV models. I couldn't decide between the black one or the blue as my favorite. Unfortunately, they did not have any "Flying Spur" models to look at, but that is probably too much of a car for me anyway. Thank you to Bentley of Pittsburgh for letting me look around, and treating me so well, both here, and at the event last Summer ... Big Cheers!!!!!

I was sold a vehicle with a rusted satellite radio module. Didn’t realize till about a week and a half after purchasing that it was broken and wasn’t able to receive any assistance other than them telling me to reach out to my warranty company who did nothing. The labor and parts are over $2000 to fix. Can’t afford that, and I’m highly upset i can’t use my satellite radio in my 2018 Mercedes Benz GLS450 . I will not be back and i don’t recommend this place.

My experience Started w/ Cynthia and what a fabulous start it was! Her professionalism was top notch, Grade A. I was treated as if I was one of the Luxury car customers purchasing a quarter million+ automobile, when I was there to buy a Chevy. Every Employee I met from the Finance group to the lead Mechanic treated me like Cynthia did and made my experience unforgettable. It felt as if I was Family!!! If you're looking to buy a vehicle and you don't stop in here first to see if they have something you'd be interested in you're doing yourself a disservice! Thank You Cynthia and the rest of the team @ Bentley Maserati of Pittsburgh.
