I went there because I heard they have a big selection. I was there at least 15 minutes and no one even said hello or acknowledge I was there.

I have had a great experience with both the sales help (Celina) and the warehouse. Very efficient and pleasant.

I purchased tile from Best several years ago. If you're lucky to get someone to wait on you, the woman figured out incorrectly how much tile I needed. She was unprofessional and I felt like I was being an inconvenience. I went in last night because my master bathroom is being renovated and I have been tile shopping. Not one person asked me or my husband if we needed any help. I should have know that after several years they haven't changed!

Good selection.Okay pricing. Celina Sanks is wonderful at the counter. Her manager can be sometimes be surly. Celina knows every bit of inventory and is delightful to deal with. Ask for her. She needs to run the place.

I experienced a kind of abrasive tone from one of the people at the counter. Maybe there was a misunderstanding. It wasn't a big deal. They look like they have an outstanding selection. My issue? Not a single employee on the warehouse side wearing a mask. Walking right up on top of me. We've been at this for a year now, and they can't mask up? Failure to take this seriously means I take my business elsewhere.

Be Very careful as they don't tell you that they will charge you a 25% restocking fee for a non special order. Never even picked up the order. and they still charged me a 25% restocking fee. Not sure if its even legal but they don't care about the customer. STAY AWAY..

This place was suggested by our contractor, so I schlepped out there to give it a shot. Total waste of time. First, I had to make an appointment due to COVID. That took several days and then the earliest I could get was a 9:30am even though they open much earlier. I was there at 9 and the place was completely empty as I sat waiting. The real trouble here is the salesperson, though. She was rude and dismissive, barely listening to the laundry list of tile selections I needed and sighing as though my mere presence was annoying to her. I guess I expected her to give me some suggestions and info, but that's apparently not what they do. I was there maybe 10 minutes total and left with nothing. There was really no point in staying after it became clear that she wasn't interested in selling anything affordable or providing any real service, and also clear that they had very little in stock beyond a couple of boring basics. She did refer me to the overstock center around the corner, where I was met with another stellar example of a salesperson, who said "where did you come from?" and then proceeded to ignore me entirely as I walked through. Nothing there fit, so I was in and out without so much as a glance. All in all, if you want pricey high-end tile, they do have a better selection than your average home improvement store; however, the service is a problem and if you aren't looking to spend $30+ a square foot, there is no need to bother with this place.

Some people are helpful there, others not so much. The young girl that works there is super helpful and has a great attitude, some of the old timers just seem tired and trying to make it through the day.I believe Best Tile is like a designer tile shop, most things we sampled were $20-$55 a square foot. (For a kitchen backslash, just grey glass tiles mostly) There isn’t a lot in there that’s not top of the line Italian tile for a dream kitchen or bathroom, but there isn’t really any bargains to be found or tiles to be bought on a budget (even downstairs in their “bargain basement”, where they might have a couple square feet of this or that left over that they mark down $2 or $3 a square foot, and they usually don’t have enough of it for your project)We’ve been up to best tile twice now for 2 dif projects, the kitchen floor and a backsplash. And both times we found tile elsewhere that looks just as good for a quarter of the price. I’m sure it’s a great place to work with if money is no object, and I’m sure the tile there is premium quality, but we just couldn’t justify spending quadruple for either of our tile projects

This place was a bit of a lifesaver and helped us out of a pickle. That being said it came at a premium. I was never to their showroom I only called them after receiving a call from our flooring installer that the porcelain tile we purchased was not to his standards and said he would not be happy with the finished result and therefor recommended getting new product. This is in the middle of a kitchen overhaul on a tight schedule. He recommended Best Tile and I called them right away. I spoke to a lady and explained my situation. I asked for help that I needed 250 sq. ft. of porcelain tile that had a wood look with gray or white washed tones. She said she would have to look and she would let me know. I asked if she could get back to me within the hour as we were in a time crunch. She said she would try and we hung up. I wasn't feeling too confident that she was going to follow-up with me soon, but to my surprise she emailed me three options all of which they had in stock. I totally loved the one and though it was more than what we wanted to spend and had spent with the first tile we were somewhat out of options and needed to make a decision. I quickly sent the email to my husband who agreed that we should get it and he left to pick it up. I called the lady back to confirm we were on the way to pick it up. The finished installed product is very beautiful and our installer commented that it was a far superior product VS our first option that we were lucky enough to return with a full refund. My only complaint is we ended up with three and a half extra cartons. When returning the three unopened cartons they charged a 15% restocking. I asked if this could be waived on account that it was a stock item, they said no that's what they charge and in fact if it was not in stock there is no returns allowed. A little steep if you ask me especially since it was an item they keep on their shelf but overall we had a positive experience with Best Tile.

Been laying tile for 20 years as a contractor, never had a floor fail. Recently had a bad batch of thinset, which both reps from Best Tile and Ardex came and looked at the complete failure. Their fix was to reuse other types of their products in ways that are not indicated on any of their spec sheets. Lost over a week of labor, and neither party would stand behind their product. Beware!!!! I’d rather eat glass than deal with these Shysters!
