It’s been months and I still haven’t been able to get my supplies. I would say I’d rather die from lack of medical care than work with CCS, but at this point I don’t really have a choice.

Seriously! 1 hour 40 minute hold. Then you get someone who has no clue. Horrible company! Only company the insurance will take. I have to keeping calling every order to change it. Website is junk. Can't change order on website. STUPID!

Not sure which will happen first, someone picks up my estimated 3 hour wait to talk to a person, or I'll die... with their hold music I'm honestly hoping for the latter. I'll add a star for each hour under the estimated timeline they answer my call.
