Cochran has been the only place I’ve taken my Infiniti for service for the last 10 years. Needless to say I’m very pleased with them. I would like to give a special shout-out to my current service advisor Jerry Werner who is very helpful to me when it comes to dealing with any car issues that I may have.

The team was very responsive to our search for a new vehicle. We are new to the Infiniti line and had many questions. They took their time with us, and were more than willing to work with us on the financing end of the purchase. Highly recommend

I was so satisfied with the service at the Infiniti car dealership at Cochran in Monroeville. Jerry is always respectful , explains everything ahead of anything being done. The gentleman who I first started with was also respectful and helpful. Not had a bad experience there yet.

I have been taking my vehicles to Cochran Infiniti for over 7 years now for service and maintenance. They are always very helpful, pleasant and make reasonable recommendations. I usually wait while the work is being done. If there is ever a time when the wait is going to be extended rd beyond their control, they have provided a loaner to accommodate me.

Went and talked to them about a concern. A week later I dropped it off and had everything replaced under warranty the same day. Jerry is very knowledgeable and was a huge help!

We had my car towed there with what I thought was a catastrophic engine blow up. However, they found the problem and fixed it as inexpensively as they could. So refreshing to deal with such honest people. Thanks again, Cochran!!

During my state inspection my mechanic noticed the back strut on my car was leaking. I called and set an appointment with cochran and explaining my situation. They said it's under warranty and I should be good. Brought it in and after waiting for a few hours was informed that they didn't have the part. I specifically told them the part prior to the visit. They called me back a few weeks later and set me another appointment for 8am. They told me it would be a few hours and 5 hours later I am still in the showroom waiting for my car. My day now wasted and a full vacation day burned. If you have another option I'd recommend using it.

I took my car in for service and told them I would wait. A simple service took 4 hours because the technician thought I had left to get food. He left my car unserviced and took his sweet time. No respect for the time of others. An oil change and inspection doesn’t take 4 hours. And when the service advisor told me the issue, he said it was their mistake but nothing further. Just a ”this happens” attitude.

Arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and they took me right in, reviewed my requested service and took care of everything. My car came back washed and ready to go in an hour for my routine service appointment. Always welcoming and helpful.

I think Steve has excellent Customer Service skills. As a Woman he made me feel heard, he thoroughly explained everything to me. The Video feature is “SPOT ON” there is no room for error with having that feature.

AC clutch went out on my QX60 and my AC stopped working. Jerry got me in for a diagnosis, got the part ordered, scheduled me for the repair flawlessly. And love the small cafeteria they have which makes waiting a breeze with space to setup office and work. Great communication. Great service. And will definitely be back

Amazing customer service!! It was my first week of work at a new job when I got a flat tire. Jerry drove out to Cranberry Township with a new tire to replace it. I am so thankful!!
