I was helped today by both Rosemary (to find a product that my eye doctor recommended) and by Gennie at checkout. Both of these staff members are good-humored and patient. They know the store products extremely well and respond immediately to a request for help, regardless of the other tasks that they need to accomplish. I look forward to seeing them, and the pharmacists, when I am at my Wexford CVS.
Previous visit
Gennie greets me whenever I arrive during her shift. She took the initiative, as she often does, to assist me in editing some photos that I wanted to print. Then she efficiently went to help other customers while I shopped for other items on my list. Melissa helped me at check out, and Gennie told her (while Gennie was serving other customers) that there were photos ready for me as well. Staff members at this CVS are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. No AI in the world can touch the care provided by real people.

My name is Pastor, Cindy Vogel and I frequent the CVS in Wexford, PA. I have had a very positive experience through the years at our local CVS. The workers are cordial and helpful and it's a very pleasant environment.

Poor communication. You are just supposed to know that they are on lunch from 1:30-2pm. Come in to pick up a script at 1:33p and they could care less.

CVS said they accepted walk-ins. I attempted to go to this location for flu vaccine and was turned down 👎. Huge inconvenience I would not recommend this location. Horrible customer service

CVS in Wexford has an exceptional Staff.
Pharmacists- Dave & Kelly are professional, knowledgeable, & personable.
Pharmacy Techs- Shelia, Maggie, Amy always giving a smile and kind remarks.
Sales Personal- Gennie, Rosemarie, Kim, Noah to name a few. They are helpful, courteous & friendly.
Manager- Melissa has returned! Yeah! I’ve noticed the respect & trust between staff & personnel.
Thank you for my CVS FAMILY! I love them❤️

So CVS what is the contingency plan when your system is down. Tell people to come back in an hour to pick up a prescription. Are you kidding me.....my time is valuable. Ridiculous

I've been using this location since it opened, the pharmacy staff has not only been very professional but also very friendly, I trust Dave and Kelly more than some of the doctors I've seen in the padt.

My insurance covered only 3 months supply of medication. Thank you to Kelly and her pharmacy and team to work efficiently and get the large amount of meds ready for us fast for my child . Amazing and friendly pharmacy team in Wexford location.
