Swung by here for breakfast before a road trip with the family. Always a go to stop due to affordability and a great breakfast buffet. With 2 adults and 3 kids, the bill is never too high. Kids eating free (1 for 1 with an adult purchase and the last being half off), this is good choice for us. Buffet was clean, staff were friendly, and food was always going out hot. Staff were attentive and very patient with our kids. Love coming by here for breakfast and highly recommend!!!Kid-friendliness: Very patient staff here. Tables are big and offer plenty of space for the kids.

I have NEVER had such a disappointing experience with Eat n Park! It started with having problems ordering with the website. It was so hard to navigate and customize my sandwiches. I tried calling the store to place my order, but I couldn't because they don't take payments over the phone. So I tried again on the website. Again alot of problems, I was finally able to order, just for an oops error to pop up. I again called the store to see if the order went thru (the payment was already taken out of my acct). I picked up my order thru the drive up window. Shame on me for not checking it before I left. When I got home, the milkshake was like water, tasted like strawberry quick, one sandwich was supposed to have onions....no onions. Missing my cheese sticks. The ONLY good thing about my experience was the girl at the window was very nice and apologized for me having problems and the manager was also very nice when I called a THIRD time to tell them about the things wrong with the order. I will NEVER go back to that location again!!!! It was the one on Route 19 in Cranberry.

The salad bar was very good as usual. We got there right at 11am when it opened so it was very fresh. Our waitress was probably one of the worst ever. She was so rude, like she didn't wanna be there. Her nails were so long she was having trouble putting our drinks on the table. She never came back to see if we needed anything, so we had to ask another server if we could have refills on our drinks. Very disappointing

Felt very rushed. Stopped with my son for lunch and our server was nice and everything came out ok but we felt rushed our check was given right after our food was dropped off i needed to add food to go which she did once that came out and I haven't touched my main corse she was giving us boxes and check again so this time we took the hint packed up paid and left. I was trying to have a nice lunch with my young son not be rushed out cause you wanted to turnover

I hate giving such a poor rating to an iconic Pittsburgh chain I've visited for decades. But the quality of the food has gone way downhill and I have to be honest about it.

I met a group of friends for breakfast here for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Standard, decent diner food was fine, but the service was exceptional. Our server was great, even with complicated orders from several people, and nobody minded that we lingered chatting. I managed to spill my water and another server came over and was so cheerful and positive that I told her how impressed I was - so she brought the manager out to hear it. I was delighted to tell him the same. Service makes a *big* difference to a restaurant experience.Kid-friendliness: As I was leaving, a woman came in with a toddler who jumped into the server's arms for a hug. The staff clearly makes regulars and new people feel welcome.

Nice place, quiet, able to converse with the people you are there with. Breakfast buffet was good, just personally used to one a little bigger at my local e-n-p.

Carlotta, I am pretty sure was our Hostess. She is remarkable and excellent at her job. She makes you feel like you're right at home and she even opened both doors for us to leave as we had a very busy toddler with us.Alyssa, our server, was patient, thoughtful and made sure everything was just right.Kid-friendliness: They have a lot of options for the kids menu. They have booster seats and high chairs and they offer crayons and an activity page for your kids. And they get a Smiley cookie at the end of the meal.

Carletta the hostess was wonderful and so were all of the waitresses. We dined with a 3 year old and they helped us so much and made us feel so welcome!

We never really get out to this side of town but circumstances led us to this eat'n Park and it was a wonderful experience. Our server was fantastic and based on their interactions with other customers it seems that they were very well loved by the regulars. That's always a good sign.

Ordered chicken noodle soup online and got home to see that it's mostly just broth. It doesn't even have any chicken in it. Management really needs to keep an eye on what's is being sent out.
