Outstanding service at the FedEx Office in Wexford, PA! Stefanie is truly a gem, professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Whether I’m shipping packages or printing materials, she makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. The rest of the staff is equally friendly and efficient, and the location is always clean and well-run. Thanks to Stefanie and the team for consistently providing top-notch service. They told me that the package will be delivered in 2 days. However it was delayed by 2 days. When I called the customer service, all they told me that it was delayed l, with out giving any reason.
I went with FedEx as I thought they are reliable with the ETA that they promised but I burnt my fingers. I am never going with them again.

Staff is always very professional and helpful, but I was caught off guard when I came in to print a few documents. I disliked the prepay process on the computer..when I tried to print my documents on the computer it said that I did not purchase enough time and did not have the funds to print document in color and that the session would end without giving me a chance to purchase more time resulting in me paying for no reason. I was told to instead scan QR code and do everything from my phone which was confusing and cumbersome. I feel like this process is much more confusing and frustrating than it needs to be…I learned for the future but think they should modify the process or put some kind of sign up. To print 3-4 documents took wayyyy too long. Haven’t had any other issues at this location, usually great but really dislike the printing process.

I am a small business owner and use this shipping location almost daily. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them and FedEx. They have been great partners.

Roy is professional, thoughtful, and very kind and helpful. He went out of his way to figure out creative ways to overcome our unique challenges to successfully complete our projects. Multiple times. Roy is incredible! We are not going anywhere else because Roy is working in this location.

DO NOT DO 2 DAY SHIPPING ITS A SCAM. Dropped off a package for 2 day shipping and then 1 HOUR LATER they delayed the package by 3 days and refused to give my money back over this, pathetic. FedEx simply just steals your $50 and they don’t care.

Do not expect to get your money back using 2 day if your package does not arrive on time.I wasn't aware of this. FedEx therefore stole $44 because they took my money and charged for for a service they didn't provide.

This store will reject well-packed packages so that they can then force their over-priced packing services on customers. FedEx should be careful who they let represent them.

My goal was to print 2 laminated booklets from a PDF file on my computer. Fedex's website was extremely frustrating. Depending on the link I clicked on from google, I got the ~same printing options but the websites all looked different. I got 3 different website UXs, trying 6 or 7 times at various links from Googling "Fedex Print Booklet". Each time I tried to submit the PDF, I kept getting errors. Eventually I was successfully able to check out as a guest, and have it picked up today.However, when my wife picked it up, only the first page of 11 was laminated. I paid an extra $66 to print 2 booklets to have the whole thing laminated. Only a single page on each were laminated. $33 per laminated page?? When my wife asked them to reprint it the woman said she could only do it if we paid another $50 per booklet to reprint it. This is insane to me. $33 for a single laminated page. Crazy.This was a terrible experience, just to print a silly little booklet for a DIY instruction manual & solutions book for a project to do with my sons.

Refused to accept a proper and secure box for ground shipping simply because it contained a bottle of wine. The wine bottle was in a special styrofoam container inside the box. It was a return back to the seller. In fact, FedEx Ground was the carrier that delivered this exact same box of wine to me, so it makes no sense whatsoever that they wouldn't take it back. No warning on the FedEx website that they would reject this package. I guess I'll use UPS.
