Let the buyer beware. Levin furniture does NOT stand behind their products. I purchased a couple thousand dollar sectional and had it just over 2 years before it began sagging from stitching giving way. I have never had a couch go bad that quickly. I don't have kids in my house or anyone running/jumping on it. The piece has been properly taken care of. I contacted Levin and was told that all I bought was a fabric warranty (which is all I was also offered because they don't offer any other warranty on pieces with non-moving parts) and thus needed to pay for out of warranty service (the warranty is one year only). Who spends so much on furniture expecting it to not last at least several years? We aren't 5 or 10 years down the road, we're 2. I even spoke to Kim Wiltrout, one of the managers at corporate who, according to her, is one of 3 people authorized to speak on behalf of Robert Levin himself. She made me take a bunch of pictures and email them to her then decided to call me and tell me "Too bad, so sad." So, Levin clearly sells inferior quality pieces, doesn't stand by them, yet charges a premium price. Next time, I'll just buy some cheap garbage off of Wayfair and save a bunch of money if my expectation is still going to be that the pieces won't last. I will never spend another cent with Levin ever again. Note: Levin did reach out after seeing my review. The summary of our conversation was thus. 1. Ashley, maker of the sofa, absolutely does not stand by their product and refused to do anything. 2. It was admitted to me by the Levin rep that contacted me that the trampoline decking design this couch utilizes is inferior. This couch contains no support for the cushions save a piece of fabric stretched taut. It's a terrible design and, had I been aware of it when I was buying a couch, never would have purchased. It also is apparently pretty standard in a lot of Ashley pieces. 3. The third party out of warranty repair folks I was directed to refused to take my business as they said they have never had success trying to repair this decking and have it hold long term 4. Levin still wants to attempt to replace the decking but expects me to pay for any labor on doing so. In summary. Still trash furniture sold at a premium and not backed by the seller, who instead says "Sorry, the manufacturer won't help"

My wife and I purchased a reclining sofa and loveseat. We are very pleased with the brand (Flexsteel) and what appears to be high quality. We had a bit of a bad situation where the salesman told us we didn't need to move our old furniture (to our garage) and that the delivery team would. So when the delivery team showed up they told us they weren't allowed to move the old furniture so my daughter and I had to move it while the delivery team was at my house! I was NOT very happy and feel that Levin owes us some sort of discount for this. But even after all that, once we got the furniture we noticed some damage to the leather couch. The delivery team called the warehouse and were told that we can keep the current couch since the holidays were approaching and would deliver a replacement around a week later. They made sure to check over the replacement couch very carefully. The delivery team also did a very nice job ensuring the couch was ok and was very professional and friendly. The reason I'm rating a 5 is because the sales process overall was good, Levin made sure we received a couch we were satisfied with, and mostly because of the very professional and friendly delivery teams we had. I just think Levin needs to make sure their sales team is not telling customers things that the delivery team ends up having to deal with along with unhappy customers.

I was in the market for a reclining couch and was incredibly impressed by the service we received. Alexus (our sales rep) was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. She understood exactly what I was looking for and we ended up purchasing a fantastic couch. I would highly recommend Levin and Alexus for your future furniture needs.

Needed a new matress was referred to Levin. I did research on what I was potentially interested in, and Purple really stuck out. A friend of mine has one and told me it was great. I walked into Levin and immediately met by salesperson Kim. She told me I was her first customer since moving to western Pennsylvania. She immediately started with my needs and showed me 2 Mattresses I became comfortable instantly. A week later of having my new Mattress I already notice a better sleep. Thanks Kim and Levin for making it simple

I visited Levins today for a new mattress and box spring. I was greeted at the door by Mark he was very helpful and as we were talking it goes to find out we don't live to far from each other. Which was very surprising. I not only bought a mattress and box spring I also bought a swivel rocker recliner. I think I will enjoy these for a long time.

Hillary provided my partner and I with incredible customer service while we were shopping for a couch for our living room. We were shopping around at multiple stores and Levin was the only one that we felt like we were being assisted through the entire process. We did not buy anywhere else, because the quality and Hillary's customer service was unmatched. Hillary was patient with us as we thought through many different options and even changed our minds a few times. We asked her a lot of questions and she helped to provide some advice on things we weren't sure about. Amazing experience and we're confident in our decision, the kind of experience you'd want to have when you're spending a good amount of money on something that will be central to your home. Thank you Hillary!!!

Mike was very helpful and very informative. Walked around the store and showed us different living room sets, dining room sets, and accent chairs. He really helped make the financing process easy and understandable. He understood our needs and suggested great ideas and options. He offered great deals and informed us about great discounts at the time. I would 100% recommend Mike to anyone looking to shop at Levin’s.

A call to Levin Furniture and a conversation with Mark Fawcett was all I needed to realize that Levin was where I would buy our new dining room furniture. He’s congenial, knowledgeable, and on the ball. Also, Levin offers all the things that would be extras elsewhere as standard with them. Truly a great experience.

Hillary was very informative and pointed out differences in different makes of furniture. She was very patient while I tried out the different pieces of furniture that I was interested in. When I came in to make the purchase, again she was patient while I retried my top several choices. She even gave me a set of 2 beautiful travel mugs, even tho I wanted the llama! Lol!

Walking into the store I was greeted by Nadine who was so cordial and helpful. A few days after my purchases I decided to make a change and phoned her. It was no problem and in a matter of minutes my ordered was changed. Nadine was awesome. I would recommend her to everyone. Such a great representative for the company.

I went to 3 furniture stores today and Levins was my favorite. Mark helped me and he was just great - very knowledgeable, helped me find a lot of options and was super patient. I found exactly what I was looking for and just about everything was in stock, so I’ll have my furniture next week! Thanks so much Mark!

I shopped at Levin recently after moving and need to furnish a bedroom, an office, a kitchenette area and a family room. Hillary spent a few hours with me and helped me find some beautiful furniture pieces. She even went online and price matched to ensure I was getting the best deal. She was friendly, patient and extremely helpful. I would recommend Levin, and especially Hillary, to anyone! My furniture arrived on time and the two delivery guys were just as courteous! They made sure all the pieces were put together well and placed just where I wanted them. They even took their shoes off and I didn't even ask. Levin is A+

When I walked in the door I was greeted by Mark Fawcett and he was very good at demonstrating the lift chairs and explaining their options . I financed the chair that I picked out for 0% interest for 1 year. This was a very smooth shopping experience. I was in and out in about 30 minutes.Thanks MarkI will be back

Stopped at Levin in Wexford to check out their mattresses. Hillary C. helped my Mom and I. She was super knowledgeable about all of the mattresses, the firmness levels, and specs. I didn’t intend on buying a mattress yesterday, but the pieces all fell into place. If you want quality, awesome customer service, and a non hassle experience, go to Levin in Wexford. We got to spin a prize wheel, there was free pink lemonade and it was awesome. Overall, a great shopping experience. My Mom was able to find new kitchen chairs too and wasn’t planning on purchasing anything either, just looking. Five stars - go see Hillary C. at the Wexford location. She’s fantastic!!
