Had my husband drop off a blood sample taken by my infusion nurse. He has done this at other Quest locations with no problem. The woman at this location seemed to think that because she didn’t draw the sample that she couldn’t send it 🙄 Made my husband wait while she called corporate who told her that she could accept and send the blood work. She then gave my husband a stack of paper requisitions to fill out if bringing in another sample which don’t need filled out because all the information is already on the order requisition form I printed out from my doctor. Please get the staff at this office some training! Will go to a different location next time.

After having a very poor experience at a different location, I had a lovely one here as a walk-in. My Phlebotomist was very kind and did a great job. She took me before my slotted wait time and it was wonderful to have a good experience after having such a poor one. We are all just people and if we are having blood drawn we are like stressed and anxious. Kindness goes quite a long way!

When I was reading all the reviews, I was skeptical and not sure what to expect. I don’t write reviews unless it’s really bad or really good service. However, my experience was above and beyond. Josh did excellent job, he was professional and respectful. People like Josh should be rewarded for their hard work and dedication. Also, Josh should be used as an example for others to follow. Treat people with respect and kindness and you will be treated the same. Thank you Josh for your outstanding service.

At my last couple of visits to Quest, techs were incompetent & I was treated very poorly. First your phlebotomist hands were shaking, which couldnt find a vein, someone else had to finish. It happened again with my most recent visit. Also when I was in the empty waiting area for my Access ride, which was late, your Wexford office manager said I waited long enough in the empty waiting room & demanded that I leave. I will be contacting a lawyer as Quest may have violated ADA laws as I cant stand long outside, with rain threatening, as I have back problems and need to sit. In addition, one of my sample vials became corrupted. Then today I called Quest where they said a fax order was received on 3/27, but that the office only considers orders which are sent electronically. This is true, as I asked in person several times if they received this order &they said they havent. I find the Wexford Quest to be incompetent, on the above 3 problems, and cruel for wanting me to stand outside.

If I could give it Zero stars I would. My doctor faxed a blood work script to Quest At the Wexford location. I arrived at the location and found a sign saying the office would be closed 2/12/24-2/16/24 and reopen on 2/26/24. I went to the location today (2/29/24) and it is still closed. Nothing on the website to tell you it's closed. There is a wind tattered sign saying it will reopen on 2/26/24 as well as three FED EX notices for failed attempts to deliver. UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE. PUT AN ACCURATE NOTICE ON WHEN YOU WILL REOPEN. WILL THIS SITE EVER REOPEN? HOW DO I GET MY SCRIPT FOR BLOOD WORK SO I CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Showed up today 2/12/24 at 11:30am to find front doors locked & ahandmade sign taped to door stating “closed 2/9/24”. People had booked appointments and couldn’t get care.

I can safely say I will never set foot in this place ever again. The way the technician treated my 5 year old so heartless is beyond my level of comprehension. (I wish I got her name)! - but find anywhere else if you have a young child. For myself and my husband she went far too deep with the needle and hurt & bruised us far above what is normal. Worse blood test experience ever had!

Expect me to make an appointment and sit in the waiting room for an hour to drop off a sample and hand them a bag that needs to remain frozen. What a disorganized mess.
