If I could give it Zero stars I would. My doctor faxed a blood work script to Quest At the Wexford location. I arrived at the location and found a sign saying the office would be closed 2/12/24-2/16/24 and reopen on 2/26/24. I went to the location today (2/29/24) and it is still closed. Nothing on the website to tell you it's closed. There is a wind tattered sign saying it will reopen on 2/26/24 as well as three FED EX notices for failed attempts to deliver. UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE. PUT AN ACCURATE NOTICE ON WHEN YOU WILL REOPEN. WILL THIS SITE EVER REOPEN? HOW DO I GET MY SCRIPT FOR BLOOD WORK SO I CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Showed up today 2/12/24 at 11:30am to find front doors locked & ahandmade sign taped to door stating “closed 2/9/24”. People had booked appointments and couldn’t get care.

I can safely say I will never set foot in this place ever again. The way the technician treated my 5 year old so heartless is beyond my level of comprehension. (I wish I got her name)! - but find anywhere else if you have a young child. For myself and my husband she went far too deep with the needle and hurt & bruised us far above what is normal. Worse blood test experience ever had!

Expect me to make an appointment and sit in the waiting room for an hour to drop off a sample and hand them a bag that needs to remain frozen. What a disorganized mess.

The first time I went to Quest in Wexford, the phlebotomist wasn't sure whether she had the right code for one of my tests which I will admit was specific. When another worker recommended that she ask one of the other ladies that had been there for a number of years, she said I think I have the right one. Alone and behold I had to go back because she didn't order the right test. I had another scheduled appointment which I had an email reminder the evening before. I arrived at 6:30 for my 6:40 appointment and left Quest at 7:20 because no one showed up. I understand things come up and people get sick; however, they need a better policy when this happens. An email would have been much appreciated to avoid wasting 45 minutes of drive time along with finding a babysitter for my children.

Terrible customer service! I had scheduled appointment this morning at Wexford location to get my blood work done! Came in 10 minutes early, doors are closed and 4 more people standing there trying to figure out why this lab is not open… I tried to call the number, no one answered, went on their website and it says that today this location is closed…( but why they had open appointments on this day last week?). No one notified me or these people … went to another quest lab location, waited close to an hour to get a few tube of blood to be drawn…2 phlebotomists were working there, but they were super slow.. the lady who drawn my blood had “ probable had same gloves on since the beginning of her shift”… I observed that she called me, was touching door knobs, computer keyboard, tubes and surrounding area and then she drew blood with same gloves on…this is unacceptable!!! VERY POOR CUSTUMER’S SERVICE at quest diagnostic …It SAD…

Service was good . As always hard to get an appointment. Billing customer service is atrocious! Paid bills they applied to the wrong date os service - received a new statement for the same amount. I called to let them know it was paid. The person I spoke with said the payment was applied to not only with wrong date of service but the wrong year. Then I received a statement for one of the dates os service on the first bill which I paid not knowing this amount was attached to the first statement. So I paid one dos twice. Then I was refunded the original payment. So I paid only the one dos because I paid the second dose. When you call the customer service will NOT look into your account. They are rude and keep repeating your balance. They don't want to help. When you ask for a supervisor they say sure let me transfer you and d hang up. No this is not n accident because it happens every time I call. I wish I could reach someone who can help instead of the snarky people I have been speaking with. If I could go somewhere else for these services I most definitely go.

Excellent! I had an appointment and they took me in right away. The phlebotomist was very good. She drew 5 vials of blood and I never felt a thing. I was in and out in no time.

Visited in August. The tech had her mask pulled down. The blood draw was fairly painful and I think they blew the vein. I had pain and bruising for the next week.
