I recently purchased a 2024 Corsair from Shults Lincoln and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.
My sales consultant, Jerry Mangis, was fantastic. He took the time to understand my needs, preferences, and budget. There was no pressure or rush, just genuine assistance in finding the right car for me.
I was able to take the car home for a 24 hour test drive before the final decision was made. Also the trade value of the vehicle I traded was very fair which made the decision-making process much easier.
Vera was very easy to work with. There were no hidden fees or last-surprises. Offering competitive rates and walking me through all the paperwork with clarity.
I highly recommend Shults Lincoln] to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

We placed an order for a Lincoln navigator extended cab. It took approximately four months for it to be delivered. After being built Bill Wolf did a fantastic job leading us through the ordering process as well as keeping us up-to-date on the progress of our vehicle. Went there yesterday to start process of deal on a specific vehicle. Inspected it with sales kid and ran some numbers and worked directly w salesman Noah and mgr Bill W. I made a verbal commit to return today to complete trade assessment, test drive and deal completion.
As I’m on my way after confirming appt, I get a call back and Noah advised me someone in sales took a deposit on it. This was a garbage biz practice imo. At least contact me first to confirm my commitment and allow me to do a deposit. It’s not even a full day since I was there.
Left msg for sales mgr. No call back. Horrible experience. Wont return even if they’re giving away cars.
