My husband and I opened a new account and got new phones. We have had nothing but problems. My phone number wasnt transferred correctly, we were incorrectly told we had a free 3rd line (we were actually being charged for it) and still having issues as a result of all this. We’ve had to call customer support numerous times and even came back to the store where another employee had to fix the first persons mess up’s (they didn’t even end up fixing them, though he gave it an honest shot). Ultimately, the poor knowledge here has increased our bill and added hours of time being on the phone with support.

I have been to many phone stores in my life, and i had not been to this location before. I had some very long and annoying times at other t mobiles, (i understand these things take some time) but here i was in and out within an hour. Jordan was the guy who helped me and he did a great job, from letting me know my options to actually going through with the process. Its not often i write a review, but i feel like i had to for how smooth everything went. 10/10 would reffer anyone to visit this store.

This location recently had a management change. It's been a change that's unfortunately proving to be a huge disappointment. I made two visits to this location this week. My first visit was to have my phone's volume issue checked. The representative instructed me to come into the store for assistance. I was turned away. The manager said it was a repair issue. They couldn't help me. The second visit was to activate my new phone and transfer data. They couldn't help me. The manager said they didn't have the equipment to activate and transfer data from my old phone. I'd have to call support. Now seriously, after being a loyal TMobil customer for a few years, and always used this location for purchases and assistance, I strongly recommend you find another location for help. A visit to this location will be a waste of time.

Manager is a fraud at this store. They will up sell you plans and phone upgrades with false statements. You will be shocked to the core once the bill is generated a month after. In my case the figure they promised and the actual bill was almost double. When I tried to bring this up to the manager who is a new guy now, he says he has nothing to do with it, and that the previous manager has defrauded me. Customer service wants me to call from the store, the store manager refuses to do that. I'm struggling to straight this since last one month with no results. Just do NOT go to this store.

I recently wrote a review of t mobile which was hasty on my part but when under the deadline of a payment that was double what was expected I wanted the issue resolved. The employees here are great. The manager Brandi was very helpful. My wife dealt with 611 which gave us bad info. There is a bad disconnect between what 611 says and the store says. After meeting with Brandi she explained everything and put our mines at ease. We are happy t mobile customers again. Long story short version ( my wife and I got new phones with great promotion. Plans changes and added internet. Bill was supposed to go approx. 75 dollars. We received a bill from tmobile and to our surprise it doubled. Called 611 received bad info. Got upset wrote review. Met with Brandi and all is well. )

Brandy the store manager waited on myself this Friday. So knowledgeable and had me in and out with a new phone in no time. Easily by far the best experience I had at any phone store in the past. Highly recommended !!!!

Avoid this place at all costs. I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile earlier this year.Before I switched, the store representative provided a written comparison of my current plan to the recommended solution. I was quoted $238 per month including all account fee and taxes. I agreed to switch. Then, after they cancelled our Verizon lines, I was told for the first time that there would be $500 plus in taxes/connection fees. I asked them to waive the connection fees that were never mentioned and they have refused to do so. To make matters worse, my T-Mobile bill has been $308, $281, $320, and $320, which is not even close to what I was quoted. Now the store says that T-Mobile corporate will not work with them to apply the promotions I am entitled to. Wish I had never made the switch. I asked for a manager and was told the store does not have one. Definitely will not deal with this store again.Thought I had this finally worked out, with the store to apply a credit to my account each month. Now the store will not honor the discount. Nobody responds to the email provided by the owner in response to this review.Take your business elsewhere.

Seth lied to my wife and I about the process of being reimbursed for paying off your phone when switching from Verizon to T- Mobile. This has been a constant headache now for weeks, we are out a substantial amouny of money and there is no resolution in sight.

Maura and Seth were both attentive and helpful during my visit, however, the store itself was unbearably hot. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I don't know if this is an employee preference or a broken HVAC system, but I'm sure I'm not the only customer distracted by the uncomfortable environment

Easily the worse service i ever had from a retail associate. My family living in Wexford, I have went their three times. Each time was zero help, the young retail associate everytime offered no information. His favorite saying was I can't help you boss. I was in and out of their in 5 minutes knowing I'm not getting information to help me out. I guess my best option is to try the T-Mobile on Siebert plaza. Hope I can get more information and help. At all cost avoid the Wexford T-Mobile. Never thought I would say it, but my family should of stayed with Verizon. Blah

Seth had a bad manner to me. I was trying to transfer my number to T-Mobile.1. I gave him the account number yet he insists it's a 9-digit number and told me to find another one. Later it turned out mine is correct.2. He told me everything's finished and I'm good to go. After I left the store, it's not. I lost all services, not even the previous carrier.3. After I returned to the store 5 minutes before the close time, Seth refused to help and left me there with a brick phone.4. Bad manners all along.

We always have an awesome experience at this T-Mobile store. DJ and the manager were both fantastic to work with. Would not hesitate to refer someone to this store. 5⭐️
