We took our 13 yo Grey to Tender Touch for 10+ years. Last week he fell and lost the use of his back legs. We had an appt.the next day to have him put down. I asked for meds to keep him comfortable but since this particular vet at the office had never seen him, they refused. Our guy suffered needlessly for 1 1/2 days. I think that's terrible

My cat, Mitzi, had a terrible case of myiasis, which is maggots eating away at the flesh. She was in the worst shape possible with huge open wounds. My normal veterinarian was so disgusted by Mitzi's lesions, etc. that she didn't want to deal with it. She ran out of the examination room without discussing care for Mitzi. I turned to a friend who recommended Tender Touch. Here, Mitzi was treated by the brilliant Dr. Brugos and Hannah, a wonderful CVT.This office is aptly named, they cared for Mitzi carefully and tenderly. They methodically restored her injuries over weeks, and Dr. Brugos used his excellent surgical skills to repair her damaged tissue. The surgery was impeccable. I never thought she could look normal again. In fact, she looks great!I feel so fortunate to have found this group. They really care about animals, and they are talented practitioners. This was a terrible ordeal, but Tender Touch did everything to make it manageable. I'm so grateful.

if you want your pet to stay unhealthy and untreated then leave them here, i came in with my 9 year old dog and was diagnosed with a hairline fracture, they told me it was nothing to worry about and this is the best thing for him. i didn't catch the vets name but a couple weeks later his leg got worse and they kept giving us the same medicine. we finally didnt trust them and took our dog to a specialist who used the same xrays from tender touch and was able to tell it was cancer all along. im so upset i didnt take advantage of the time i shouldve spent with him if we knew the actual diagnosis sooner.

Highly recommend Tender Touch! Quick, short story: Many years ago I had a Mini Schnauzer, who ate rat poison, some (you know what) had left out near my house. Long story short, Tender Touch saved his life and was incredible throughout the entire process. Fast forward to now, my Fiancé and I have a Cat, Fiona. She is MOSTLY an indoor cat, but she does go out around the house a little bit. Just recently she was attacked and bitten on the lower back by another local cat. It’s turned into an abscess, clearly infected. We really did not like the vet we had been going to and just got bad vibes there. So we were discussing where to take her. I told my Fiancé “Let’s go to Tender Touch”. I had my dog before we met. So to wrap this up, we did take her there. They were still an awesome staff! Super nice! Super helpful, and informative, and overall not too bad on the price.Anyway, thank you to Tender Touch staff and Doctors. Again, highly recommend to anyone with a pet.

Very unhappy with the services provided. We have been a customer for 15 years or more and have had several pets there as patients. Recently they require you to get your prescriptions filled through their sponsored website. We have always dealt with Chewy and they wouldn’t renew the dogs heart guard with Chewy, they wanted us to pay more money through their website or drive an hour to their office to pick up the prescription so we can fax it to Chewy. Even though we had a prescription with Chewy that only needed renewed. It was apparent they weren’t interested in retaining us as a long time customer.

I'm not sure why people are rating this well. I have to pick from 2-3 because most of the vet assistants does not have authentic experiences and nearly harm my pet. They injected the med. onto the wrong part of pets body where I had to take her to PVSEC. PVSEC explained it that the injection should have never injected on the specific spot on any pet. To be honest, all the vet assistants are reckless. We really like Dr. Ruble alot but he's using an old school methods which is a bit concerned. PVSEC had explained the proper, the better, the safest methods for the pets to us and mentioned that Dr. Ruble should have done it properly. Perhaps the recommendation for the doctor is to learn the newer proper methods for the sake of the pets. This is 2023 and it's best for you to go take training and learn the newer method. All the vet assistants should go to PVSEC or somewhere to learn the proper newer methods, but the same time you're reckless. just a "BIG" disappointment specifically to all vet assistants.

Very friendly staff and vet. We adopted a puppy who had a wound on her shoulder and had a treatment plan setup with the adopters vet when we got her. 2 weeks later and the wound wasnt gettinf better so we went to Tender Touch. They tried a different medication approach and it worked. They show a lot of passion towards helping animals.

They have cared and loved our dogs through the years. They aren't trying to just take your money but do what is best for the animals. Thank you!

Good vet. Easy to get in and out. Had a very minor procedure dine and was out in 15 minutes. 3 stars for average service (not bad, not standard setting)....I'll use them again.

The best veterinary clinic! I can’t say enough of the help and care they give to my miniature dachshund. They are always willing to help, even when we call and ask about something that doesn’t necessarily need an appointment! We don’t live particularly close, however we will make the drive since we love this place so much.

The staff was very friendly. The office did not set the corect appointment day for me. They are also not returning my call to find out the blood results.
