It’s next to impossible to have a discussion with any member of the service team. Every aspect of service must be done through the app. If you can’t find it on the app then you are screwed.

Great car experience. Not pushy at all and able to explore options at our leisure. Haven't purchased yet so it was nice to go, test drive, chat without feeling pressured to buy. Tesla is super high on list to purchase

Worked with David the whole time. He was really patient and gave me all the details I needed before buying. When I had come to pick up the car, I forgot my title for the trade in and he was really accommodating and told me to come back first thing the next day (since they were closing at the time) and he would get things through for me quickly. I came back the next day and he did exactly that! Great customer service!

The worst car dealership experience ever. We came there at 5pm (knowing that the place closes at 7pm) to check out a car. There was no one at the front to greet us so we went to the showroom to check the car. There was one sales person that was getting ready to leave. He didn’t even say hi to us. We asked him if we can talk to him about purchasing a car and he said “I am done for the day and there is nobody here because you need to schedule an appointment”. I went to their website and there was an opened appointment for 5:30pm for me to book, however, he said that he has to leave, turned his back and left without saying anything… We ended up talking to someone else, however the whole buying car mood was ruined …

I like my Tesla Model 3 LR but I am deeply disappointed by Tesla service. My Model 3 is only 6 months old and I got a bubble in the sidewall on the passenger side rear tire. Roadside assistance is prompt but in order for them to tow your car you must agree to the estimate ahead of time $175 to fix or $375 to replace. Since I thought this was a manufacturing defect I did not agree and drove the car approximately 15 miles to the Tesla Dealership in Bridgeville,Pa. At the dealership they told me that they do not handle manufacturing defects so I either had to drive the car to another tire shop (at my own risk) or buy 2 new tires for $777 dollars installed. $310 per tire, $100 to install, plus taxes and fees. I only have 12k miles on the car and the rear tires were at 4/32. These same tires can be bought and installed for less than $600 at discount tire. And you can get even better ones for less $500 with a 60k mileage warranty! But I didn't want to chance the trip since the car was already shaking so I begrudgingly agreed. The dealership never told me there was a warranty on the new tires I found that out by calling Continental tire (40k). Also, they fill the tires with something and that glue substance was all over the wheels and they did not clean it off. I had to buy GooGone to get it off! There is also no one to call to voice your frustration. Everything must go through text on the mobile app. So if you are unhappy or have a question you are at the mercy of mother Tesla.

Good service, easy check in. Note they are very particular about appointment time. We had our appointment the day before and lost it because we were going to be 30 minutes late. Have some one tech savvy with you to help you with the process. Everything is done in the app, not a traditional car buying experience, but not a traditional car!

My service advisor Dav was actually great, they prepared me for the long way, but my car was here in 6 weeks. During delivery Brandon was amazing!!! I actually had a great experience.

25k AWAY FROM MY ACCOUNT AND CANNOT RETURN!!!Texted us saying they had my car. When we arrived they informed us it had not been delivered, so we left and then not 10 minutes after that got a phone call saying they had my car. when we arrived again turns out it was another color and not the model. They convinced us to purchase and as soon as we are getting the paper work turns out that car was unavailable. And then after that they bring another car, that was damaged during transport and had scratches. Told us it was 2023 model, and after we completed the paper work. They took 25k out of my bank account and let me know it was a 22 model. Not the car I purchased. The manager tried to make it seem like it was my fault. And that they could not return the money to my card. Spent 5 hours here and after they closed because they do not have their stuff together.

Not a dealer, Tesla has no dealerships. This is a service center. Today had my Model Y in for service and the whole service experience was perfect! And efficient, just like everything Tesla.

Their service is terrible, you can never get in touch with them, and they blatantly lied to me.I had my car towed in on Friday for a flat. They called me Saturday saying they could not get the tires and asked me to order them on Tire Rack. I ordered them and let them know they would be in on Tuesday. They followed up and said they would have my car ready on Wednesday.  After that, they shut the messaging off to the app, so there’s no way I could get in contact with the service center. I tried calling and emailing all day Wednesday but never got a response. They finally called at the end of the day and blatantly lied to me, telling me the tires just came in that afternoon. I know they got them the day before because there was a tracking number on the shipment. This is the second time I’ve had my car at the service center and neither time was a great experience. It should not take a week to get tires put on a car. Looks like it’s time to pull the trigger on the Rivian.

Absolutely the worst service I ever had. Brand new car has been out there 4 times for repair due to poor service techs damaging car. Bumper has been replaced twice and now needs repainted because it don’t match. Quarter panel has 5 dents from them prying bumper off. Tech tried to cover it up with touch up paint. Never told me. Wet sanded through hood and now needs repainted. They scheduled a repair to fix all body work a month in advance and then called me 15 before my appt to tell me they had no rental or loaner for me. It is an hour drive for me. Had to turn around and go home now needs rescheduled. Now I’m going to have a brand new car that’s been repainted and body work done to it. I wish I could return this car. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE OR TESLA IN GENERAL. THESE CARS ARE BUILT SO CHEAP AND PUT TOGETHER TERRIBLE. CHEAP PAINT, PANEL GAPS, SQUEAKS, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Had my car serviced here. Great people. They fixed the issue faster than I expected and did a great job. One of the few Tesla service centers that isn't totally overworked.
