i thought i’d try a new salon because my usual nail tech was on vacation. customer service was awful. i asked the nail tech not to use the drill to remove my old polish & she argued with me. as a licensed cosmetologist, i know how damaging tools can be! she did not push my cuticle until i asked her to do so, then proceeded to do a quick push, simply going through the motions. it was near closing time & i was the only client in the salon. i couldn’t understand the communication amongst the other workers & imagine they must’ve been telling her to hurry because she zipped through my service. a gel manicure will last a good 3 weeks &
after a week, my polish is already peeling & my cuticles are a mess. the only reason i gave 2 stars is because i was charged $32. regrettably, i got what i paid for

I was in the area and did a walk in Mani/Pedi. They were able to take me immediately. The staff was very personable and meticulous. They did a wonderful job. The prices were very reasonable.

As a walk-in I didn't wait for my pedicure. I asked another business near by (True Rest Float) about Unique Nails Service heard only good things. The employees seemed nice enough. my new treat yourself day.... Pedicure and a relaxing float.

great service and great prices staff was very friendly! I have heard great things about this place and was surprised about the pricing too! Mani and a pedi for only $48 and personal and good service. LOVE IT

I had a very careful and well done pedicure. I really want to give 4* though because both times I’ve been there 2 women who work there are talking very loud back and forth. It’s very irritating when you are at a salon and dropping hood money for treatments. This isn’t a sports bar.Service: Pedicure

17 year old daughter came in to get her acrylic nails removed. They gave her the least experienced person in the shop. Made her pay in advance. Did not soak her nails, but instead ripped them off with another nail. Said soaking would take too long. When she asked again for a soak, they soaked the remaining 7 nails for 1 minute. Told her to relax when she flinched with each rip. I know acrylic nail removal can sometimes leave your nails thin, but they didn’t even try. When I went in to complain they were combative. Said they have happy customers, didn’t care about my daughter’s experience. Worst ever!

Attentive service. Showed up on a Friday before lunch and they were able to take me right away. Had a Mani and pedi with polish and it took about one hour in total for both things. Unfortunately, they do not use the quick dry polish that most other places use. So it took about 30 to 45 minutes for my polish to finish drying while sitting under fans. I did witness them cleaning out the foot baths very carefully between customers. I also saw that they sanitized their equipment after each customer in a microwave looking sanitizer. They also wear masks and gloves for each customer and continually change their gloves, depending on the procedure they're doing at the time. They also continue to use plexiglass between the customer and the therapist. I was asked if I wanted to pay before my nail polish was applied to avoid messing up my nails later. Good idea. I did not see signs posted anywhere for the prices and when I came in and asked for a mani-pedi, they just went ahead and I guess assumed that I had been there before. So I am including their current price list that I found while sitting in the pedicure massage chair.
