Julie David was wonderful! She made me three beautiful poster boards from ETSY prints I had downloaded. Sent to my daughter to hang in her dorm room-she will be so happy!

I had an excellent experience at The UPS Store in Wexford, PA! The staff was incredibly friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Whether I’m shipping packages, printing documents, or just stopping in for notary services, they always go above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. The store is clean, well-organized, and very professional. It’s clear they take pride in providing top-notch customer service. Highly recommend this location to anyone in the area!

I have had nothing other than wonderful experiences at this store!! I never do Google reviews… but for these employees -I have to. ALL THE EMOLOYEES go above and beyond! In particular Julie!! This woman is amazing!!! I have a very fast pace life style and things come up quickly. I am a last person person and she has been amazing!! I needed something 2 days before the 4th of July. 3k fans. Every large online retailer said no. I called Julie. Thank god for Julie!!! She takes such pride in her projects, has an eye for design, can work under pressure and you can tell she truly loves what she does. I am hesitant to make this review because I don’t want anyone to steal “my Julie” but she’s amazing… and I can be a tough cookie. I will never use anyone other than this store for my small business print needs every again! In addition to Julie’s talent and hard work… she’s also so nice!!

Julie David did a fabulous job putting together a poster with picture, welcome sign and seating chart for my son’s rehearsal dinner.. it certainly added to the event. She was helpful and great to work with!!!

The staff refused to tape the top of a box for me. Said it was company policy. I went to FedEx Office center and they had tape out for patrons to use. They were also way friendly.

This is and has been historically, the best UPS location in the area. The people there are very kind and very helpful. They used to offer a $1 charge to tape a package, which was a great deal and very convenient. No issues. However today, I was told that is no longer something they offer and I have to buy a $6 role of packaging tape. Again, understandable and I purchased it with no problem. When I was finished, I asked if I could leave it on the counter to allow other customers to use it today who would be in the same situation I was, needing tape. The clerk told me that is not something they are allowed to do. Please change this. Leaving tape behind that I purchased, so other customers can use it for free is an act of kindness, not something against your store.

I had to return something via ups. The whole process is soooo easy (compared to another service) ! They just scanned a code I opened on my phone . Done! I don’t have to prepare wrap packages , I don’t have to buy tapes when I forgot them ! ( I have bought so many one time used tapes and stack them in house , then was told to always keep one in trunk just in case of this).

Kelsey the owner assisted Brandon who was working his first day. I;M NOT ONE TO GET WORKED ABOUT PEOPLE NEW ON THE JOB, CAUSE CHRIST KNOWS I HAVE DONE SOME DOOZIES ON MY FIRST DAY. SO IT TOKe FIVE MINUTES LONGER tops. At all times Kelsey walked the line of not beating up the new guy and simultaneously getting the job done. I dont know anything about shipping, so for Kelsey to send the gift I was sending along with the card was impressive at least to me. I would most highly recommend this business, and I have always received prompt, courteous attention every time. Also, it is no more than a mile from me, so lucky me if I have to send another package. Be good to each other people
