I am not sure who helped me today but he was very tall and made sure that I understood how to mail eBay packages. I wasn’t really paying attention because he was attractive and it made me nervous but I think they are all going to the right place and if not I still think 5 stars is appropriate. Also the facility is extremely cold. More places should be 64°F

Would give zero stars. Customer service awful. Old white lady was extremely rude not just to me but others as well. Seems she is just always in a bad mood. Doesn’t uphold USPS values. Should’ve never been hired in the first place.

I keep scheduling pick ups for my business. They either come earlier than scheduled, when my office is closed, or don't come at all. If I call I am berated and harassed for bothering them. Told I have too many packages even though I make sure to let them know the number in my request and break up the loads over the week. Thank you Caroline for the systematic abuse every time you don't do your job.

If I can, I’ll give it ZERO! On their website, walk-in hour for passport is 11-12pm! We walked in at 11am, and they ask me, do u have an appointment, and I said, it’s walking hours for passport, then the other lady very rude, and say, the walkin hour is full! 4 people walked in at 8am! So, what is the information on your website! You will never win when talk to a government worker. They make all the rules they want!

One of the best post offices with the kindest staff! Always a pleasant experience and I have since moved, but continue to go to this location because they are so nice.

I had to renew my passport and was so impressed by how organized their process is! Even the woman at the front desk started the process for me by helping me with the documents I had and getting my check started. Very good experience!

This branch of the post office is wonderful. The employees behind the counter are efficient, knowledgeable and provide clear instructions. They helped me with my passport application and with all the services I need. Each visit has been a great experience.

My mail carrier Jennifer is wonderful! She is so friendly and even has a Facebook page for the neighborhood. She showcases the neighborhood doggies too! ?
