Please avoid this store! I would give ZERO star for it if I could! My husband and I took photos here for our passport renewal but the applications got rejected because of the unqualified photo this store made! It wasted me hundreds of dollars and weeks of time, even not including the cancellation of the trip! I went to the store but the lady there insisted their photos were good. Excuse me? I showed her the highlights in the rejected Mail but still she insisted they did nothing wrong! Even she refused to reimburse the charge of photos just because I couldn’t give her the printed receipts! When everything is recorded in the system, she still needs the PRINTED receipts even I showed her the store stamp and staff handwriting on the back of the photos! I share my experience here to warn everyone to avoid the photo service here!

I could not reach them by phone to transfer scripts from my previous pharmacy. The automated system passed me thru, then I got a message that “you will be disconnected”. This happened on 11 out of 12 calls over 9 days. It’s frustrating and time consuming. I don’t own a car so I can’t just drop in. I am leaving them

I gave a print order in the morning for same day pick up. I waited till 3pm and called them and the guy told me they had an issue with their printer and have to cancel the order. They didn't even call me or emailed me to tell me about it.

A woman claiming to be the store manager named Kim gave my fiance a real hard time about a rain check that the manager refused to honor. My fiance was very shook up over her dealings with this manager. This is twice in a short period that Kim has been disrespectful, rude and unaccommodating with her. My fiance who goes into Walgreens twice a week and likes everyone else that works there is reluctant to come back and give the store business if this is the person that is store manager.

Worst pharmacy ever! Constant errors in prescriptions, extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Had my prescription thrown across the counter at me and told “here you go”. If I wast required to go there due to insurance I would never set foot in this store again

This is a decent Walgreens. However, I would prefer to see a Model A or a different hand dryer than paper towels.

The pharmacy has changed. It was a nice place to go talk with everyone. It all changed one day. After that they stopped taking calls even from my doctors. I will never use this pharmacy again. I have few scripts left once they are all filled bye bye to Wexford Walgreen. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

1st off, Sunday's pharmacy closed but store open??, my perscriptions, although I sign for automatic refill are often left with no refills in which a few times required a emergency supply! Although the staff are courteous and helpful after the fact. Like today for instance, 2 refills are out, I got no reminders for refill even though I signed up for auto refill. Our of convenience I chose this store, now I'm sitting outside of a closed Sunday pharmacy with no medicine left,,,AGAIN!

I get notices that prescriptions are ready and when I get there they tell they will start working on it. 20 minutes later I'm still waiting!

You can find a friendly pharmacy worker now and again. But overall, I've had way too many bad experiences to stick with then in the long term. The most frustrating is when I go out to check my prescription status and it looks like I never asked for it to be refilled. No one calls to say why it can't be filled. It just disappears. I'm defecting to the competition.

I come to this Walgreens all of the time because it's so close to my work. I was waiting at the cash register for someone to come check me out. The store was pretty dead so I assumed the cashier was restocking. A duo of a manager and a manager in training had crossed my path twice while I was in the store. The manager was training but didn't smile at me/greet me/ask if I need help. The duo walked past the cash register and ignored me. I said hi and asked if they could help ring me out. I wasn't in a hurry but wasn't being acknowledged at all. They told me they couldn't but someone would come help. The cashier came rushing up. I feel bad and am also annoyed managers can't get in the dirt with employees. Managers should set the example with customer service; not be exempt from it.
