Their customer service was excellent. Everyone was super nice. I was in for a vehicle recall fix and they were quick. I loved the waiting room because besides having a nice area with a tv, they also had a nice area with work stations and free wifi so I could work while I waited. Everything was top notch from start to finish.

They were very helpful to me in an emergency situation. I had driven in to town from out of state the previous evening. Just before arriving, a loud thumping noise started up and dash lights came on. Just by driving the car into the service area from the parking light, they diagnosed the problem. They fixed it up promptly and sent me on my way. Everyone was friendly.Services: Steering & suspension repair

had part of my tailgate go on my certified GMC sierra. scheduled an appointment, first one on saturday morning. they were supposed to diagnose and replace the problem parts. about 2-3 hours later I had no call. you would think after having it for a few hours I would get some kind of heads up call. no update....didnt say they looked into it...didnt call to say they were fixing it. I called 3 times over the next 4 hours. I talked to their receptionist who said NO ONE IS AVAILABLE IN SERVICE AT THIS TIME. that was the first call...second call same thing. Third call I got told the same thing. I said i dont even need an advisor. I know you all work within walking distance of service, can someone please just go and look and tell me that status of my truck. NO ONE IS AVAILABLE. I asked if I could speak to the GM and get him to look into this. HE IS NOT AVAILABLE EITHER.About an hour later I got a call from their only working service advisor. He never got any of my calls or messages. The front desk girl never notified them I had called. He said they found the problem and it was a $400 fix outside of warranty just for parts. I said I left the name for my warranty service as well as my account number. They said they didnt have a phone number to call them and verify my account...even though they had all my information. so my truck was just sitting there for hours...nothing done to it...no one called to update or ask for info...my calls were never passed along to service...you make your own call but I will never take another vehicle there again.Wright Collision center used to screw me over on never ever calling me when my Hyundai services were complete...now Wright GMC is exactly the same.avoid this place at all costs. they dont give two shi**s about their customers when it comes to service.

July 2021 by Denise A.
I do not have the option of zero stars... Purchased a car on May 22, 2021 as out of state buyers. The finance manager never went over or mentioned that I had to take the car for a VIN inspection. I did not find out until a different finance manager, Nicholas Dugan called and was very unprofessional and rude. I explained I was never told and he was insistent that I was told I had to have the VIN inspection and an emissions test and return the paperwork to them. We do not require an emissions test in my county and he said "you are wrong they are required in (and listed the Ohio counties e-check is required in) and informed him I did not live in any of those counties. He never accepted responsibility that I was not given any information when the car was purchased. I had the VIN inspection done a day later and mailed it on July 3. I was contacted by the Title Office at the dealership the next week to see if it had been done and I told them it was. It was explained to me that I had paid for them to do the registration and license plates (something else that wasn't explained). She said they would send the VIN inspection to a 3rd party and have my license plates overnighted. The very nice woman in the title office said they weren't surprised I wasn't told because it happens frequently and she has to tell them over and over what has to be done for out of state buyers and made them a checklist. It's now July 20 and my temporary tag expires on July 22. I spoke to the title office again and they said they had no idea when the state of Ohio would be done processing and once they did it would go back to the 3rd party for my plates, not how it was explained to me the first time. Attempted to speak to a manager and was transferred to Nicholas Dugan again, I wanted to know what I am supposed to do with a car I cannot drive without legal license plates in 2 days because of their mistake and his response was "it's the State of Ohio's requirement that's your state and your problem". I ended that conversation and left 2 messages for the General Manager Dave Picollo who has not returned my call. Extremely unprofessional and I absolutely would not trust.
