The rep I spoke was clueless. He didn’t know anything about trucks. He didn’t even know if the trucks had a hitch on them. I had to reserve a truck with U-Haul.

They need more Dave’s. It takes 10-15 minutes for the other guy to show up after playing on his phone. Then he can’t remember to do the latches on the hood after fluids check. They need more Dave’s.

5 employees in the bay, 1 person working. Told me 3hrs before they would look at the truck. Would not even check to see if it was just a fuse.

Hard to believe you can't rent a truck from Penske with a lift gate and take it out of state. Very disappointing, also gas was not full and DEF .... Lady told me to just stop and add some... Plus check engine light came on half way through my trip to PA....
