They offered water and did not at any point attempt to push a sale or purchase on us.Daniel V was very knowledgeable and passionate about watches and was happy to show me around and let try some on.We traveled two hours from out of state to visit and Orr's selection did not disappoint. We did shop around and GDC came in with the best prices. If you see something somewhere else, bring them a photo and they will quote you a cost on making the same thing most likely at a significantly lower cost. “I had A family ring that has been passed down for generations sized for my son to give to his then fiance. Mike did a fantastic job it didn't take long, And told me how to maintain it in the future. Other Jewelers said I needed prongs redone And the diamond reset. Not so ! mike said they were fine but to have the back of the ring looked at because it was Getting thin in the future. Mike seemed a little grumpy the day I saw him, but I figure everyone has a bad day and maybe it was his. Still nice and even told me what the ring was worth!”
