“I found this company on Yelp yesterday and sent an email. Within about 10 minutes, I had a response. We went back and forth a few times with me sending a few pics of the book.I met Marlin today when I took the old book in to see if he could re-bind (not sure of the exact term). Marlin took the time to explain a few options for me but in the end, my Mom, at 85 years old (who's the actual owner of the book) decided that she'd keep it the way it is. Just from the 20 minutes of so of meeting Marlin in person, there is no doubt I use H.B. South Printing. Thanks Marlin!”

“Over all 10 out of 10 experience. I called in about adding a bigger m.2 SSD to my ASUS Rog Ally Z1 Extreme and Digital Trafford helped me out no problem. Ordered the Ssdfor me so it was 100% the right one. I upgraded from a 512gb to a 2TB so decently a healthy jump. They flashed the SSD and redownloaded windows, even updated all the drivers making sure updates were all completed. It took longer than expected. But they got everything done and back to me in perfect condition. Not a single scratch scrap or stripped screw. In and out like the unit was never opened.”

I had a large, last-minute print order for my father's funeral, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly compassionate during such a difficult time. When I picked up my order the next day, the staff not only expressed their condolences but also gave me flowers, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. The entire process was seamless and effortless, which meant so much to me during such a challenging time. The care and dedication the staff showed will always stay with me. I trust this store with all of my packing, shipping and notarization needs.”

“On October 9, 2024, I visited Staples at 6375 Penn Ave, Suite B, Pittsburgh, PA, and had a smooth and efficient shopping experience. I purchased a few essential items, including:
- 16x16x16 Square Box for $5.00
- Staples Biodegradable Packing Peanuts for $6.69
- Two 2x22 Clear Packing Tapes at $0.46 each
- Staples 3/16 Bubble Wrap for $9.49
The store was fairly stocked, and I found the alternative item I needed for packaging and shipping. As the primary items sought were not in stock. The cashier was quick and friendly, but wanted to charge an additional fee for bags. The total came to $23.65, including Pennsylvania sales tax. I happened to stop by because Staples was the closest office supply store at the time, and I was pleased with how quickly I was able to find what I needed.”
