The ability to schedule a set appointment time is really helpful. Also, the new check-in kiosks at the White Oak office are so much simpler to use now.

I went to quest without an appointment and wasn't able to get blood drawn. When I got home I went to quest website, chose which day and time I wanted my appointment. The day of my appointment I checked in and hadn't been back to my sear and they called my name. In and out quickly. Very nice staff at the white oak location. I will always set up an appointment in the future.

They’re good , but they randomly close early. They don’t post anything saying that they’re doing it , they just lock the doors . So … if you’re coming in after work , good luck …

I absolutely love going to Quest Diagnostics. Having blood drawn is extremely easy and never painful. The person drawing my blood did an excellent job. She was very quick, and she was fun to chat with. I was amazed at the testing that Quest Diagnostics has available for such a minimal cost. The results of my testing are available online, and they're usually back within days, if not before. This time around, I happened to get allergy testing. by having my blood drawn

Service was amazing! My 10 month old needed to get blood work and I am beyond happy with our experience. They were patient and took their time to do it right! I will be sure to use this location any and every time needed!
