If I could give a zero I would! I went to get a covid/flu shot. When I got there no customers were in the store. I walked back to pharmacy, told the young woman behind the counter why I was there and she asked if I had an appointment. I responded that I did not. I was told they could not give me the shots without an appointment. I wasn't happy but turned and began to walk away when she said that walk-ins were taken Tuesday-Thursday. I reminded her that today was Thursday and her response was "starting next Thursday" Now I see why major chains are closing their stores. Next one should be in White Oak.

They will text me (an automated response) that my medication is ready to be picked up, then when I get there they say an hr and a half. I went back and they told me it’s not in stock and I had to wait 4 days. This is not a competent pharmacy and I very much recommend you go across the street to Giant Eagle Pharmacy! They are much nicer, efficient, don’t treat you like an inconvenience, not to mention COMPETENT. Especially if you have a life altering medication you need, don’t mess around with your health!!! Don’t go here. My sons medication now always goes to Giant Eagle Pharmacy!

Always liked to support local businesses. Pharmacy at White Oak has become a farce to deal with. Second time I had time sensitive medicine prescribed and they could not deliver in a timely matte. Worst yet they won't answer the phone. Never know where it is. 2 days late

I've had a few issues happen recently, but because they were about my own medication - I let it slide. Today, my young son's doctor needed to call in a medication he needs to take prior to a procedure he is having done tomorrow. A lot of money, and resources and planning has gone into scheduling this procedure, and he can't do it without the pre-medication. I've been trying to call the pharmacy all day and nobody ever picked up. My doctor called me to let us know she had experienced the same thing - she had even left messages. Nobody called her back. So now we have to use a pharmacy elsewhere to fill the script before time runs out. Just a shame - if it's a staff issue, perhaps Rite Aid should figure out how to keep their employees happy. I know it's not any one individuals fault - and I really never write negative reviews - but it's really frustrating, and really disappointing. We're totally stressed out, thinking we will have to reschedule if we can't get the medicine in time. If you're looking to go here, I'd recommend finding another pharmacy for now.Also if Rite Aid corporate leaves a canned message - I already reached out to customer service.

I hate rite-aid's pharmacy the woman are rude and ignorant and less then helpful, they make u feel like your bothering them. I miss the lil privately owned pharmacys.

Overall, this pharmacy is horrible. The employees are rude and I don't know why, when your doctor calls in meds at 11am, and you go to get them at 3pm, they're not even started!!!! And every time, it's "That'll be an hour & a half". Come on Rite Aid!!! It doesn't take that long to grab a bottle from a shelf, pour pills into a pill counter and fill a bottle. I'm done w/ Rite Aid

It’s a shame that a pharmacy is so frustrating to deal with. I transferred to this Pharmacy when we moved and for the last year it has been a terrible experience. They say a medicine will take an hour or two to fill, I will give them 6+ hours to day to fill the prescription and it’s still not ready. You sit in line for 30+ minutes waiting to be helped at the counter. The staff is not friendly or helpful, I understand we are in a staffing crisis, my own work is in a staffing crisis but we still show up every day with a smile giving the best service we can. I wish there was better and more options in the area. Actively seeking to transfer my services somewhere better

I always like going to the Rite Aid in White Oak. Great customer service. All associates were friendly & helpful on my recent visit to the store.I did not use the pharmacy on my visit.

I recently came to this location for my covid booster and annual flu shot. I checked in about 10 minutes early for my scheduled appointment. I then sat and waited for approximately 45 minutes to receive my shots. Once I was in the back part of the pharmacy to receive my shots, the nurse only gave me one shot. I asked if I was going to be receiving my other flu shot too. She said oh i’m sorry and proceeded to go ask the pharmacist. While I sat there waiting for another good 10-15 minutes, I could hear all the conversations happening within the pharmacy, which isn’t the most privacy securing to say the least. I wouldn’t recommend this location as a place to come for vaccines. Very unorganized and staff seemed to be pulled in multiple directions from customers without being able to fulfill their asks.
