“I love coming to Pure Barre in Shadyside. I look forward to seeing the instructors when I arrive for class. Everyone is so nice and very supportive. I have brought a handful of my friends and they all have enjoyed the classes. I also love how helpful the instructors are when you are fatiguing or struggling with an exercise, they will help give corrections while supporting you along the way.”

“This is my absolute favorite Torrid store! I moved to the area in the Spring and have shopped Torrid for years. But within just a few visits to this location, two of the employees know me by name already! One of them (Amanda) pulls my account up without even asking for a name or number! The salespeople at my previous store (years worth) couldn't even do that and it was a smaller city than Pittsburgh. The other employee whose name I forget always has the fun colored hair. :)
The dressing rooms are always clean and are at a comfortable temperature unlike so many other stores.
Everyone there deserves raises and/or a very big bonus.”

The employee who helped me, Larry, went well above and beyond and made it a genuinely lovely experience and I would come back to this specific store just because of the excellent service. I have difficulty finding my size and only specific scrubs fit me well, and he both helped me pick new ones to try and special order a type I was looking for with impressive patience and dedication. Despite IT difficulties he spent a lot of effort to ensure I got the correct service and was friendly and cheerful throughout it all. Best experience I've ever had scrub shopping and will definitely recommend! :)”
“What a great store! As an avid men’s clothing aficionado, I could spend all day in here. There are tons of high-quality clothes for amazingly low prices. I found a pair of pleated vintage wool Brook’s Brothers slacks that are impossible to find. Left with those and a pair of seersuckers. The owner is super-friendly and helpful…even after I knocked down an entire shelf of product *sad trumpet*. Can’t wait to come back next time I’m in town!”

“Upon my arrival, a manager was giving his team members a cheerful pep talk congratulating them for their outstanding work!!4 stars were given because I attempted to return sneakers bought online a week ago but didn't have the delivery receipt in the package. I showed the cashier my online receipt. But she said I am sorry you are stuck with the shoes. She didn't even offer store credit. Nada zip.”

“I absolutely love everything about this store. The fashion vibe is current, trendy, stylish, yet affordable. I've been in the store more recently then in the past and I'm in love with Francesca's!! What continues to draw me back though is Becky. Becky is always friendly and ready to be your personal shopper. She gives amazing advice and is quick to make suggestions that she thinks will enhance your look. I also appreciate her honest if she thinks an outfit may look better in another color or fit. People pay big money to have someone like Becky. When I'm there it's like I'm shopping with my best friend. The awesome thing is I've watched Becky in action and she is like this with each and every customer. I love her positive, happy, cheerful excitement for fashion. She can always tell you how and what to wear with it if you need suggestions. She takes one look and can tell you the vibe of the outfit.
