He answered every question that I had and went to the back room to get multiple boots for me to try without hesitation or irritation. He even had to go digging her boots that weren't on the shelves for me to try. I highly recommend this place just based on customer service I received.”

“What a great store! As an avid men’s clothing aficionado, I could spend all day in here. There are tons of high-quality clothes for amazingly low prices. I found a pair of pleated vintage wool Brook’s Brothers slacks that are impossible to find. Left with those and a pair of seersuckers. The owner is super-friendly and helpful…even after I knocked down an entire shelf of product *sad trumpet*. Can’t wait to come back next time I’m in town!”

“I really liked this Hot Topic. They had an interesting selection, better than other locations I visited, but what stood out was the staff. They were really into their jobs and this one lady working there was awesome. She was talking with me about interesting horror genre stuff and I really got along with her, also she pointed out some neat vampire shirts to me. She told me about what the store was selling without being overly pushy about it, which I appreciate, unlike some other store's sales associates are at that mall. I don't remember what her name was but I really hope they promote her or something there, what a really cool person.”

“I've been traveling this way for years now and never knew this place was in Swiss Alpine Village. What a little diamond!!! Stopped there for the first time this weekend. Absolutely LOVED it!!! I really liked the style of their clothes and could have spent a fortune there because everything was so stylish and a bit on the different side. Got a cute jacket and a casual top. They have a nice selection of items. I know most people may throw away the receipt and (as silly as this may sound)...the receipt I got was so nice and clearly done up....the best and clearest to read I've every gotten!
