“We felt the need to share a very good experience we had at the store this morning. For a Christmas gift we wanted to get calenders made for relatives. We pre shopped Friday and the representative told us to come back with pictures on a flash drive and it would be quick and easy. So went back Saturday morning to find out with absenteeism the rep was not there. Gretchen had not done that task before but said she could figure it out. Not only did she, but she went above and beyond! Gretchen was kind, patience and professional. She was awesome to work with and really helped us out.
