Every AT&T store I go to. The machine to pay is always broken. For a company this big. Thats very Sad.

During our recent experience at the AT&T Store on MacArthur Road, Allentown my husband and I received Outstanding Service from Amy George and Jordan Michael who both went so far out of their way to help us purchase, install and trouble shoot our new Internet service and 2 new iPhones. They were very professional, personable and helpful in instructing us how to navigate the new system. Thank you so much Amy and Jordan.

The 5 stars go solely to Whitehall Store Manager Jordan who has been assisting me with a unique fraud issue. Despite hours of dealing with internal ATT online and phone support that would be very frustrating to anyone and which has led nowhere, Jordan kept his cool and worked the best he could in a very professional and positive manner. The issue is far from being resolved but Jordan deserves credit and recognition for his efforts. Thank you.

I was attended by Amy, she's really a great people and customer service person. I've been a manager all my life, and it's good to see people like Amy helping others. I would also like to add that everybody in the story were very outgoing with the customers, and besides Amy Inalsobmet Yanet; asistant manager, excelente people also, no wonder there is a great atmosphere always.

Never thought I’d write a review about an AT&T store, but then again never thought upgrading my phone could be this easy! It almost was not… but then it was. And for that, David Bowser, I thank you from the bottom of my heart!
In short, David bowser was AMAZING!!!!! He dealt with my issue in such a professional way and made everything so simple. Most of all, he had such a positive energy and vibe that made connecting with him so easeful and the task at hand less daunting — he seriously simplified and made what can feel so complicated, not complicated at all!
He was willing to be humbled and when my mom told him there might have been a different deal associated with our account. He said "let me check, I might be wrong!" WOW. Just. WOW! No defensiveness. No let me double down on how I am right because I am the store associate and I know better than you kind of vibe or energy. None of that just pure openness and receptivity to checking and looking further into our inquiry!
His humility blew be away and there was no arrogance. Surely something I think anyone in customer service can learn from and for that, I am so glad I had a chance to be at this store and meet a kind and helpful soul like him!
My reason for coming in got resolved and I walked away with a brand new spanking phone, ready to use. I was shovked and I can’t thank David Bowser enough for that!! ☺️
