“I did not purchase any vehicle from Eberhardt motors for reasons beyond their control, however, I had an amazing experience with them whilst looking into a vehicle on their lot and it spoke so loudly of their business to me so I wanted to write them a review. It’s kind of a drive to get to them but I truly wanted this vehicle and didn’t mind making the trip, it was in the right price range for me. Nicole was very thorough with all my questions and super attentive (I had many questions and most of them came at different times meaning many calls) she never acted frustrated with me once and was very thorough. Refused to give me false info when it came to my asking what features the vehicle had etc. which I truly appreciate. It is a family owned business and u truly get that feeling. I even had an owner call me from his vacation to discuss this purchase! They worked with me on a few things and I was very impressed. Great work I would do business with them. Seem very trustworthy.”

“My son's car was giving him issues so we took it to a mechanic in Allentown. The mechanic told me that my son's car needed a new transmission. He told me that it would cost $1,800 to put in a brand new transmission with 3 months warranty. It seemed strange that a brand new transmission would only have a three month warranty. I don't know much about cars so I called Hadeed's Auto Sales & Service to get a second opinion. After talking to Eddie, I decided to have my son's car towed to Hadeed's Auto Sales & Service. I am so happy that I sent my son's car there. It turned out that I did not even need a new transmission. They told me that I needed to replace an axle that covered the transmission. It ended up costing $200 to repair. Finding the right mechanic saved me $1,600!!! Shadi, Eddie, and Terry have my complete respect and admiration and I thank God for putting these wonderful people in my path. They are honest and they provide efficient and high quality work. After this experience, my son and I will never take our car anywhere else!”

“Took my daughter's converted school bus tgere for a front end alignment. Very pleasant people in the office, work was very fast and tge bus drove straight as an arrow on the way home. To top it off I was very surprised at how inexpensive it was!”
“Cudos to Gary and Jacob. Had a brake problem on our RV at 3 on a Friday afternoon. Pulled in at 3:30. The guys jumped right on it. The guys fixed my brakes and checked all the wheels. Found 2 other problems and got those fixed ad well. All done in the rain too. Can't say enough about how great of a job the guys did. RV brakes better than it ever has. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We were back on the road by 5. If you want things done right Gary and Jacob are the guys to go to. Would definitely use them if we were in the area again. Best money we've ever spent in an emergency.”

“This is my second time coming to this place and I am very glad my previous Firestone guys reccommended this store. Although I was told to ask for CJ (who lived up to the expectations set by the previous Firestone), Joshua, Alex, and Victor were also excellent by means of customer service, vehicle knowledge, efficiency, honesty, and timeliness. I am a single female and never once felt taken advantage of with my lack of automotive knowledge and they both exhibited and proved good will by breaking things down for me (I personally needed it broken down as if they were speaking to a fourth grader), telling me what is imperative to address, what can hold out a little longer, and what would be unnecessary. I also was able to discuss vehicles in casual conversation with the staff who were extremely friendly, not at all judgy or condescending. I absolutely will continue coming to this Firestone as long as I’m in the area.”
