Too often today we go places and people skip the education part of their process and just expect people to pay whatever the fees are. “I did not purchase any vehicle from Eberhardt motors for reasons beyond their control, however, I had an amazing experience with them whilst looking into a vehicle on their lot and it spoke so loudly of their business to me so I wanted to write them a review. It’s kind of a drive to get to them but I truly wanted this vehicle and didn’t mind making the trip, it was in the right price range for me. Nicole was very thorough with all my questions and super attentive (I had many questions and most of them came at different times meaning many calls) she never acted frustrated with me once and was very thorough. “Cudos to Gary and Jacob. Had a brake problem on our RV at 3 on a Friday afternoon. Pulled in at 3:30. The guys jumped right on it. The guys fixed my brakes and checked all the wheels. Found 2 other problems and got those fixed ad well. All done in the rain too. Can't say enough about how great of a job the guys did. RV brakes better than it ever has. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We were back on the road by 5. If you want things done right Gary and Jacob are the guys to go to. Would definitely use them if we were in the area again. Best money we've ever spent in an emergency.”
