Too often today we go places and people skip the education part of their process and just expect people to pay whatever the fees are. Danny takes the time to educate you so that you know exactly where your money is going and you can feel confident they're actually fixing a problem and getting you back on the road safely. “Today I went to Mavis Tire on MacArthur Rd in Whitehall, PA because my back tire was losing air. When I walked in, Chris listened patiently to my explanation. He recommended the Dunkin next door while I waited.
Carlo immediately pulled my car into the bay to check the tire. By the time I got my coffee and walked back over, Carlo showed me the nail in the tire and explained that the location of the nail made it easy for him to plug and patch the hole.
Before I knew it the car was fixed and sitting out front. Chris and Carlo made this nervous situation easy and convenient. They have a customer for life and I will recommend this Mavis Tire to all my friends and family.”

“I did not purchase any vehicle from Eberhardt motors for reasons beyond their control, however, I had an amazing experience with them whilst looking into a vehicle on their lot and it spoke so loudly of their business to me so I wanted to write them a review. It’s kind of a drive to get to them but I truly wanted this vehicle and didn’t mind making the trip, it was in the right price range for me. Nicole was very thorough with all my questions and super attentive (I had many questions and most of them came at different times meaning many calls) she never acted frustrated with me once and was very thorough. Refused to give me false info when it came to my asking what features the vehicle had etc. which I truly appreciate. It is a family owned business and u truly get that feeling. I even had an owner call me from his vacation to discuss this purchase! They worked with me on a few things and I was very impressed. Great work I would do business with them. Seem very trustworthy.”
