“Today I went to Mavis Tire on MacArthur Rd in Whitehall, PA because my back tire was losing air. When I walked in, Chris listened patiently to my explanation. He recommended the Dunkin next door while I waited.
Carlo immediately pulled my car into the bay to check the tire. By the time I got my coffee and walked back over, Carlo showed me the nail in the tire and explained that the location of the nail made it easy for him to plug and patch the hole.
Before I knew it the car was fixed and sitting out front. Chris and Carlo made this nervous situation easy and convenient. They have a customer for life and I will recommend this Mavis Tire to all my friends and family.”
“Awesome and friendly service!!
I had gotten my tires from Pep Boys, who didn't balance them properly. Come to find out that they added more weights than necessary.
These guys are extremely knowledgeable and affordable. Highly recommend!!”
“Mark and Jay provided exceptional service. They efficiently conducted the state inspection for my Tesla. Furthermore, I observed their genuine efforts to connect with every customer on a personal level while I was waiting. I plan to bring my other vehicle in tomorrow.”
“I came to Pep Boys in need of work n answer on why my car was driving the way it was! I went to a few other mechanics and they was no help! Rob is the gentleman who helped me with my car. He was amazing and I was very happy with my results!”

“Great customer service and very accommodating! I walked in an hour before closing and all mechanics were busy but the employee that helped me Rob took initiative to squeeze me in instead of letting me come back another day. The service was extremely quick considering i walked in last minute!!”
