Not a very friendly staff. Hardly anyone is friendly, when you walk in. Will be shopping at one of their new stores in the future. The staff needs an attitude adjustment. Spend too much money here to have zero friendly, customer service.

My wife bought me a vest for Christmas and said id probably like this store. They have other of western wear along with Carhartt clothing, work boots, cowboy boots, cowboy hats etc. Prices were comparable to other stores. My wife had a 15% from her first visit, military discount, plus a $15 credit somehow(lol). I bought $159 cowboy boots for $107, cant beat that. The salesperson walked arpund checking on customers but were not pushy at all. We will definitely be going back. Plus they had several dale racks around the store.

Great selection of boots, purchased some ariat boots and didn’t get a box because they said they throw away all boxes. Kind of expect a box for the price of these boots 🥲

Small clothes section for women. The men’s department is huge! Disappointing selection of women’s dressy clothes options. The staff is ok. At first came off as snobby, but then warmed up to me… I bought a hat bc it fit and was the right color I specifically needed.

I love this place! I think the name is deceiving, as I initially thought it was a discount shoe store. However, it sells quality Western apparel for men, women and kids. The staff is friendly and readily available and their selection of boots is great (I've bought 3 pairs and had no issues).

I'm an old cowhand bought a pair of boots on sale. Veterans get 10% off. And the staff there asked me to come again.very friendly and knowledgeable. When I left I was singing an old cowboy song.

AWESOME place ! They have it all s far as country style clothing and accessories go.
Very nice employees to help you find what you want and answer any of your questions you may have.

I went in looking for assistance on getting boot polish/care for my leather boots, and I felt like I was invisible.
I saw 2 employees in 30 minutes, one was in the back room and the other one spent the entire time talking to some customers about pop culture or something at the checkout.
The overall decor/products looked good, but customer service was a 0

Worker seemed annoyed when I asked for help with an exchange. She seemed to like to help the men more. SHE was dressed like a stripper.
