This is now the 2nd time I called in an order for pick up and the person taking my order had no idea what I was asking for.ANYONE in the hair industry knows the difference between back bar & retail. So when I call in an order for a product and say retail……they should know what size I mean! Apparently not for the staff at Cosmo prof in whitehall. When the staff asks me what I mean by ‘retail’ ??? Really???? Have they not worked in retail business??? Are they not trained??? So sad! So frustrating

I have been going here for a very long time and I have never had a negative experience. Every staff member I have come in contact with is knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Returns are easy, looking up your account and making changes is never a hassle. They are eager to please!

Went in for some ship shape for the salon. We ran out. I forgot my card and they lookedMe up with my phone number,so convenient ,always professional and answer all your questions.

Went to buy a Wahl Clipper none in the whole store they checked other locations for me Clippers are hard to get ahold of closest place Quakertown they had one maybe but not the one I wanted so sad
