One of the worse places to shop. Outdated food and drinks. I went to buy a laundry bin and the sign said $15 but when I go to pay for it the cashier said $20.95. There were black marks all over the white hamper. Are you serious š§ I put it back quickly. Walmart has better quality and their stuff sometimes be cheaper than here. I will avoid this place at all costs. Check for dates on their products if you think Iām lying.

Dom is a sweetheart , very knowledgeable and eager to assist! I had been to 3 DGs and a this young lady was the one that stood out way above the rest.
Ive been in sales/customer service myself for 19 yrs and I felt valued as a customer and that what I needed was her mission.

I called in to ask about a certain item that nobody else had. They told me all of them they had it and then I drove all the way there for them to not have it at all. I canāt imagine within the time I called and got there. This item was completely sold out. Very disappointed, shouldāve just been told we donāt have the item instead of tell me you have the item to drive all the way there for nothing!!

There is a new guy today who asked us to leave the store when we were shopping, something fell off upstairs, I was trying to grab something to buy and he asked us to leave the store. I want to talk to the manager, he doesn't know how to give customer service.

This store is so bad especially the disgusting store manager(mike)Spanish short guy he very very rude wit customer not very polite he curse to customers where they donāt put the things where they belong so rude treats his employees wit no respect at all he definitely not professional as a store manager he very demanding he definitely need to be replaced n u see how the store will be better wit out him Iām a regular customer n I hear from his few employee takin about how rude he is to everybody also running after customer out the door when they steel stuff not supposed to do that but he continue to do it he also threatened them wit weapon n stuff what kind of store manager u have running this place he gotta go for real he not professional as a store manager just in general he good for nothing..

I love Dollar General but they always close early. Sometimes 3:00 in the afternoon. Maybe they should pay their employees a decent wage and someone would stay there.

Stay Away From This Store In Whitehall Store Number 20926 Even If Your Looking 4 A Job Because They Are A Joke, I Use 2 Work There 4 A Month Before They Decided 2 Fire Me Because I Was Missing Work Due 2 Personal Reasons But Yet They Have Employees There Who Don't Do There Jobs, You Have The Store Manager Who Is Constantly Outside Smoking & Having Her Children Come Help Her On Mondays With The Fresh Truck, Then You Have 1 Of The ASM (Assistant Store Managers) Who Doesn't Do Anything But Sit In The Office Or Does Planagrams All Day Her Whole Entire Shift, You Also Have The Other ASM (Assistant Store Manager) Who Also Sits Outside And Smokes Pretty Much Her Entire Shift And Has Possibly Stolen Money 4 The Company 2 What I Was Told By The Store Manager, You Also Have Employees Who Just Sit In The Break Room And Do Nothing And Nothing Even Gets Said 2 Them By The Store Manager You Had 1 Of The Employees Make An Elderly Cry But Yet Still Have A Job. I Worked There A Month And Never Missed A Day Besides 3 Which Is When They Decided 2 Terminate Me & Within That Month I've Turned The Store Around Shelves Were Stocked There Was Barely Any Rolltainers On The Floor Or Uboats Now When You Go In There Their Are Nothing On The Shelves And You See A Ton Of Rolltainers Not Being Worked On Or Uboats They Got Rid Of Someone Who Actually Did There Job But Keep People Who Don't Do Nothing. So If Your Looking 4 Job Where You Don't Got 2 Do Anything Then Dollar General Is The Place 4 You But If Your A Harder Worker Then Dollar General Isn't 4 You Because All They Will Do Is Use You & Run You 2 The Ground,Now If Your Looking 2 Go 2 This Dollar General 2 Shop You'd Be Better Off Going 2 Another Dollar General Because You Will Not Find Anything Or If You Go There 9/10 You'll See A Note On The Door Stating They Are Closed Because The Management At This Store Are Lazy. Stay Far Away From This Store
