I did not purchase any vehicle from Eberhardt motors for reasons beyond their control, however, I had an amazing experience with them whilst looking into a vehicle on their lot and it spoke so loudly of their business to me so I wanted to write them a review. It’s kind of a drive to get to them but I truly wanted this vehicle and didn’t mind making the trip, it was in the right price range for me. Nicole was very thorough with all my questions and super attentive (I had many questions and most of them came at different times meaning many calls) she never acted frustrated with me once and was very thorough. Refused to give me false info when it came to my asking what features the vehicle had etc. which I truly appreciate. It is a family owned business and u truly get that feeling. I even had an owner call me from his vacation to discuss this purchase! They worked with me on a few things and I was very impressed. Great work I would do business with them. Seem very trustworthy.

My parents who were in their 80’s went to purchase a vehicle from this so called family dealership. They tried to sell them a vehicle (over-priced) that had defective seal in passenger rear door and window did not go down. Since they were “family dealership” we assumed everything was fixed. It absolutely was not. I believe because they were old and thought this was an easy sale they would get the quick money!!!! SHAME ON YOU!! I waited three years to post this review since they have And thought wow what a misleading operation. Basing everything on family, but really don’t care about the customer. I would buy a car from a homeless person before I buy from Eberhart motors.

The business is family owned and we were definitely treated like family. The purchase of my truck was handled very professionally and quickly. They stand behind their vehicles after the purchase if you have any questions or concerns. I would absolutely buy another vehicle here and I've sent several friends their way.
