Their online scheduling system is awful and calling to schedule is even worse. They don't actually setup appts and if they do it's for the wrong items. They failed to service my vehicle for the requested items even after setting up 2 separate appointments.
Their new? tech doing the state inspection is bad. They should find a new profession. One that doesn't involve reading law/codes. Couldn't point to a specific law stating why my car failed during inspection. They failed my vehicle despite them passing that exact item for the past 3 years. Sending a complaint to state inspection board. They lost my business as a customer and I advise others to look for reputable service departments. The only reason I'm leaving 2 stars is that it's a convenient location, but rather drive the extra distance for reliable service.

This is my second time coming to this place and I am very glad my previous Firestone guys reccommended this store. Although I was told to ask for CJ (who lived up to the expectations set by the previous Firestone), Joshua, Alex, and Victor were also excellent by means of customer service, vehicle knowledge, efficiency, honesty, and timeliness. I am a single female and never once felt taken advantage of with my lack of automotive knowledge and they both exhibited and proved good will by breaking things down for me (I personally needed it broken down as if they were speaking to a fourth grader), telling me what is imperative to address, what can hold out a little longer, and what would be unnecessary. I also was able to discuss vehicles in casual conversation with the staff who were extremely friendly, not at all judgy or condescending. I absolutely will continue coming to this Firestone as long as I’m in the area.

WENT IN FOR A OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION. & WHEN I PICKED UP MY SUV I NOTICED MY TIRES WERE NOT ROTATED. SINCE ONE TIRE WAS ALLWAYS HIGHER THAN THE OTHER THREE. SO THEY TOLD ME TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY SO I DID. BUT THEN I NOTICED ALL THEY DID WAS LOWER THE PSI ON ALL THE TIRES TO MATCH. & THE REASON I SAY THAT IS CAUSE AFTER DRIVING FOR A BIT BAMM WHAT DO YOU KNOW THE TIRE THAT HAD SLIGHTLY MORE AIR IN IT WAS STILL ON THE SAME SPOT WHEN I WENT IN NOT ONCE BUT TWICE.

I WILL NEVER TAKE MY SUV TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN FOR SERVICE.

They did not install the bedding on my breaks. They did remedy the problem after I found out there was something off about my breaks.

The staff were extreemly pleasent to work with. It seems like they could have been a little more prepared. I think that there are some managerial set-backs.I waited an extra 1.5 hours because they didn't have stick on weights for my balancing. Lucklly, I didn't really have to be anywhere, so it wasn't a huge set back.There is room for improvment.

It is always a pleasure to work with this location. The employees are wonderful, polite, and understanding. They try their best to help me out all the time, and I always appreciate it. I especially appreciate a polite worker by the name of CJ. He is careful, inspects my vehicle, and fixes the issues extremely well. I will be coming back.

Took care of oil change, and rotated tires. Didn't break down invoice, but I also didn't ask for clarity
