Was looking for new Nikes for my son. Staff was very friendly. Store is very nice. Price is great. We found the same shoes marked up significantly at smaller vendors.

I’ve always had a great shopping experience at this store. They always have what I need and I’m always greeted immediately. Tim helped me with my purchase, made sure the shoes I picked out were just right, he was very sweet and attentive. Viviana checked me out and was super nice. Would recommend this store.

I just wanted to say thank you so much to the wonderful girl who helped me out today. I have a hand disability and she immediately without asking loosened up my laces for me so i could try on my shoe and she even carried the boxes to the cash register for me. Thank you so much you are the good in this earth and i will never forget how happy you made me feel!! ❤️❤️❤️

I was in the store at 12:10, i picked up a pair of black footlocker branded sweats, that all were priced at $24.99, Danisha the manager, then came and switched the price to $39.99 literally a couple minutes after i picked them up… (i had them in my hands) i asked for the price they originally were, and she shook her head no, that i’d have to pay the “new” price, which she just switched it to. This is unprofessional and not fair to me at all. Why was it priced at $24.99 then? And in the middle of the day, she changes it right after i grab them.

I think I had here the best shoes buying experience thanks to the extremely knowledgeable sales guy Enrique F. He made it so easy. I'm so happy he approached us. All 10 stars just for him in this review. I hope he gets big bonuses and promotion.I was looking for specific models of shoes for my cousins. After running from store to store, from mall to mall, we arrived here tired and frustrated because either was no needed model, or colors weren't good for cousins or he needed sizes weren't available.Enrique F found all 3 pairs I needed. My cousin said he wanted Nike Air Jordan with 11 on the side (he found a picture on the internet). This sales guy said such shoes don't exist in the US, or maybe available in other countries, but most probably, it's a custom-made design, which makes sense.Other than finding all the shoes I needed, he also helped to save money. He knew the deals. He knew the prices.Addressing to the store owner, please value your such good, passionate, and professional employees like Enrique F.The next day, I came to the store again (it was Sunday, July 30, 2023). My shopping wasn't done yet, but Enrique wasn't there. So I approached 2 sales personnel myself (a boy and a girl), and both were even lower than average sales people: passive, lacking knowledge of the inventory, materials, no passion of whatvtgey do. I had to do all the search myslef. I needed help with size conversion, but I had to search in my phone, then run from 1 shoes to another to match (meaning, I had sizes of feet in centimeters, Nike provieds sizes in cm on the shoes, but Afidas doesn't. I was looking for Adidas this time). I spent lots of time there. Actually, I had to get the commission during that shopping.Lehigh Valley Mall, Pennsylvania

Manager Denisha is a nasty disgusting person that power trips and leads her workers like shes a cult follower. Shes too brainless to think for herself so her main focus is creating enemy's and she bullys her co workers and her customers. This store has become one of the worst shoe stores in the usa as they cant even sell a popular shoe because they have terrible customer service. Shame on foot locker for choosing a person that has horrendous people skills and rubs everyone the wrong way. This was once my favorite store but with horrible management this store has become an eye sore and an abomination. Bad business denisha.
