Took my pop to the whitehall best buy on 9/15 in pa.
His computer isn't working.
Turns on, but that's all.
The geeks gave him an appointment for 9/16 time, between 7:00am-7:00pm.
They call 8:41am 9/ 16 to tell him they can't come, no one is in his area till Friday 9/19.
They ask him to check his email- pop tells them it doesn't work, can't get into computer!
Why give an appointment (lie) then reschedule, plus ask him to check his email when he can't get into it !!!
These people are a joke, period !!!
Do not recommend them.

i got an email from Geek Squad that they charged me $488 on something i dont even have!!!! i have NEVER shopped at this place so i should def not be getting emails from them of charges i NEVER approved!!! this is CRAZY!! beware of this horrible place.

I agree with you @ray deliz they broken my amazon account forcing me to pay $100 and yet they never refund me after closing my geeksquad account

My printer went offline & I tried everything to get it back to connect to my computer wifi with no luck..I called Best Buy to have a tech come out even though I knew it would cost me, but a wonderful employee named Riza (forgot to write her last name down) took access to my computer remotely & worked tiredlessly for about 45 mins & finally got my wi fi on my printer connected to my computer...I can't say enough about her...Thank you so much Riza for sticking with it for so long! Best part her service didn't cost me anything.....

Just called to have my monies refunded, the individual wanted to gain access to my bank account and showed me that my even viewer did not allow the transaction to be successful. He even showed me the even viewer than he said I will clean up the computer for you so the transaction will happen low and behold he said since you do not see it let me transfer the monies from my chase account. He stated MY and right away I disconnected everything he kept saying you do not want your refund I told him I will contact my bank. He said we have everything recorded that you refuse. Then I remember that the software was not paid with my bank account but with my CC. I changed my password and I told him that I was disconnecting him from my laptop he says I am not in the laptop when in fact he was. What a horrific experience.

Informed me that was hard drive needed to be replaced. Took computer to get an second opinion and was told drive was fine. Computer needed to be serviced. Saved me $500 for the cost of new computer and a $200 service fee to transfer files.

Brought my HP PC and charger cord in due to not powering on. Received it back with a Dell charger cord. Brought it back they said sorry we can't find your original here is one instead and said thats all we can do. Bring it home it isn't compatible. Call corporate they said nothing they can do. Absolute terrible customer service.
