It's a popularity in any store or franchise place on who likes you or not and what the motive they have at the time the staff. It's cold or its hot. I prefer having some female stylist cut my hair as the one guy is rough on the head with the clipper though almost no one wants or can hold a conversation. Except for being sized up when a stylist talks to you.

Requested style: I had shown my stylist a layered around my face cut and instead I got the back beautifully layered but nothing done to the front no layers even after he said he could and would do it guess I will have to go to a professional stylist for what looks like a fairly simple cut

I met a cute older women She had a picture of a cut that I loved so we got the same style.She watched me from her mirror and I watched her. At 1 point she swing around and said that looks so cute on you. I was very happy with my stylist.She did a great job

I went in to this location just to get my hair washed. The stylist was very warm and inviting and did a terrific job on my shampoo!

This is the best hair salon I have been to. You check in on an app and when you arrive it's time to get the hair cut. No calling a few days ahead to get an appointment and trying to figure what your schedule will be. The entire staff has access to notes that tell them how you want your hair cut, I have never been disappointed.

Soon to be Husband got a haircut here today, wedding is in 9 days. A very inexperienced hairdresser had to ask for help twice until she moved him to another hairdresser to fix her mistakes. Very disappointed, this is the week of our wedding, the style was very traditional of a men’s haircut. So disappointed and will never come back. No wonder they have to constantly hand out coupons ? they need new people in the chair because no one wants to come back ??♀️
