Macy’s used to be a great store to find above average items. Now this Macy’s in particular is a dump more below average individuals are populating the stores and the mall make it a less desirable place to shop. No better stores will come to this area due to the low median income.

Last week I had 1 hell of an experience. I’m definitely an online shopper but since I JUST had a baby I needed the fresh air and a stroll. I stopped at the macys with my husband and 2 month old baby & after always shopping on the Macys website I decided to stop by anyway to check out the deals. My husband and I seen an awesome deal in the watch section of Gshock (I will add the picture) be almost Vday & Presidents’ Day the DEAL OF THE DAY would definitely not be online and just in store. The lady Neville @ the store came over and I asked to see the watch I wanted. She gave it to me and I told her it says 40% off & she said NO. I was very confused as to the sign being RIGHT NEXT TO THE GSHOCK SECTION. Made no sense AT ALL. It says excluding red box items & I asked what red boxes are they talking about and she gave me attitude as if it’s not the customers right to ask questions. She left and she didn’t want to give me the discount. Which I found very weird. She then calls Christine over her microphone very upset about me wanting the deal because her telling me it’s not the deal was NOT good enough. Her little friend Rio came hopping along with attitude after my husband asked her about a separate watch that he found and she was SO SO SO LAZY that she just looked at him and said no that’s all we have..without even ATTEMPTING to go and look or help him out to see if there was anymore kids watches. She’s huffing and puffing and even rolling her eyes. Finally I guess they let Neville know they were going to honor the deal of the day so I bought 2 and she was so upset & seriously just not welcoming at all. Christine came along and she was AMAZING. She was able to make the situation right. She was understanding, empathetic & overall very helpful. She apologized in behalf of her staff. Miss Sally came along and also apologized for the way we were being treated & also was taken aback about the whole situation. Another kind woman came along her name was Mehgan and was willing and able to help my husband with the kids watch. She even walked with my husband and also checked if there was anymore kids watches available. There wasn’t so she appointed him to the right direction. I was very disappointed with the very rude staff but after being helped by all three woman Christine, sally & Megan i definitely left content. Would I go there again? Not sure..maybe if their employees were better trained but for now I think I will stick to online shopping.

Order a mattress delivery was scheduled for a two hour window. Every hour received text messages alerting me that the delivery was pushed back another two hours. No phone call explaining anything, truck broke down , we are busier than normal, NOTHING. What started out as a beginning delivery time of 12:30pm until 2:30 pm.now had turned into a 4:30pm to 6:30 pm delivery time. Mind you I am sitting at home waiting for this mattress the entire time. Finally at 6:20pm I decide to call a number on my receipt only to be told that due to weather they were running behind. Weather, it was 50 degrees and sunny all day. Obviously macys does not value my time and thought it would be okay to keep me in my home an additional 4 hours waiting. At this point I canceled the delivery, I will take my money to a mattress store who values my business and my time

So I went to Macy's in White Hall to help my 73 year old mother in law and a lady from another show department took a show from finish line to get for my mother in law and she never came back to deliver the shoes this is un professional

I’m not one to ever do Google reviews (not like this review is going to matter anyway) but I received the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I’ve ever had in any store. I encountered 4 different employees who all had attitudes like the questions I asked were an inconvenience to them. It was actually very dehumanizing. I will not be going back… if you want people to represent your brand you need better employees who treat your customers like actual humans.

Went here for a mens dress coat. Was shocked at price but then it was on sale and became a hell of deal! Downfall was waiting over 45 minutes to check out. Don't go if your in a hurry.

Bought 2 of the same jackets to see which one fits better, went to return the jacket that didn't fit,they wouldn't return because the tags were off but weren't attached to the jacket and blatantly claimed it was worn when infact i did not even leave the house with it.i argued with them and they were eager to call security on me .very disappointing.called Customer service and they were more than happy to send me a free shipping label to return.
