Worst metro store by far different employees everytime I come here and there's only ever 1 person working they're suppose to close at 7pm it's almost 8pm and the person I brought is still in there what a joke this place is I dnt recommend metro to anyone

Very pushy employee s work here and liars at that to get you in there a horrible company I use to have them the one in white hall near the Walmart is horrible and to pushy there just as bad at T-Mobile there awful too and are in the process of being sued for scamming customers out of money and changing people the higher plan both T-Mobile and Metro should go out of business there the worst and also Verizon scams customers too

Short version: Lorraine is a lifesaver. After going back and forth for a week on the phone & website with Metro's "Support", I went into this location as a last-ditch effort and was finally able to switch over to Metro. Lorraine listened to the long, pitiful story (lol) but she offered two solutions as soon as I was done talking--which I really appreciated--and she didn't miss a beat helping the other customers who came in. Because of her help, everything got fixed and I walked out the store a Metro customer.

Store gave me reconditioned wifi unit, when it didn't work, said I had to talk to store manager who doesn't seem to exist or return calls. Male store employee no help, with poor attitude,they obviously don't treat customers very well.

Place is a full blown scam operation, said they couldn’t sell me a SIM card, but they could only upon “them setting it up”. Total LIE, called corporate, and they said that’s NOT their policy. Mother bought the wrong charger, had the receipt wasn’t even opened, brought it back and they essentially told me “they don’t do refunds”. Wouldn’t give me store credit, had to buy something at that exact moment. I hope no one in the Lehigh Valley goes to this store ever. They are strait scam artists.

Lori was so knowledgeable and helpful and made everything so easy for me. I left there happy and satisfied and calm lol, Not like when I left Boost Mobile (Horrible)
and wanted to throw the phone across the street lol

I stopped in tonight because this old gal was playing with settings on her phone and I was super frustrated that I couldn't revert back to my previous settings. LORI was extremely helpful and fast! Thank s and kudos to Lori!

This is the worst store by t mobile, I got scammed, I went there on Sunday to transfer to metro so I can get some promotion I had my phones already so I just need to purchase SIM card and I saw there saying transfer activation fee is waived and no other fees , for some reason they charged my card 160 dollars and they didn’t even give receiptI tried calling customer service of what happened to me and they said they are sorry, and they said I should’ve got charged only 70 dollars?? But they never gave me my money back?? Soooo disappointing, when I went to store they said , the girl who charge me is fired and they can’t refund me ?? Sccccaaam be carful guys
