Store gave me reconditioned wifi unit, when it didn't work, said I had to talk to store manager who doesn't seem to exist or return calls. Male store employee no help, with poor attitude,they obviously don't treat customers very well.

I stopped in tonight because this old gal was playing with settings on her phone and I was super frustrated that I couldn't revert back to my previous settings. LORI was extremely helpful and fast! Thank s and kudos to Lori!

This is the worst store by t mobile, I got scammed, I went there on Sunday to transfer to metro so I can get some promotion I had my phones already so I just need to purchase SIM card and I saw there saying transfer activation fee is waived and no other fees , for some reason they charged my card 160 dollars and they didn’t even give receiptI tried calling customer service of what happened to me and they said they are sorry, and they said I should’ve got charged only 70 dollars?? But they never gave me my money back?? Soooo disappointing, when I went to store they said , the girl who charge me is fired and they can’t refund me ?? Sccccaaam be carful guys

The people that work here have no clue what they are doing. The prices that are marked on the phone are "apparently old" then they quote you higher prices than what's being displayed.

John, the regional manager?, helped me try to figure out my problem for 1½ hours. It's still not fixed, but he's going to look up more info and I am to call tomorrow... maybe it will get fixed. Thanks so much for your time!

A clean store, not a long wait in line either.Pretty quick with their answers and very useful answers as well. They will help you with anything that you need help with and give you explain hard answers to you, so that way they can give you the most easiest answers and help you in the most easiest way they can.

Jada is Amazing!! My husband and I went there a few times b4 our phones died.. Tonight we went in to get phones. Jada answered All the questions we asked. It was closing time b4 we made a decision, She never once hinted at it being closing time, She waited on us until we finally made the decisions. She's very knowledgeable, honest, and hardworking. I would recommend visiting her store just to get great customer service.

The staff was utterly incredible and made our trip honestly feel like we were with trusted friends. Will always and only come back to this location just because of the knowledge of the staff and the comfort they gave us also. Best Metro experience I have ever had!

I tried to get a new phone by switching from Boost; I was told by both store employees that I had to purchase the phone online although I’ve done this previously (switching carriers) and even went on the website while at the store and was told to purchase the phone and switch online. I’ve been to this location before and have never had an issue like this. I was honestly so annoyed by not only my issue not being resolved but also by the terrible customer service. Definitely should’ve went to the Bethlehem location. Won’t make this mistake again

The help there was so excellent I give them a 10 without a doubt the minute I walked into the door I was greeted they wanted to know what I wanted to answer all my questions and they were very efficient on the things that they done I love I love Metro by T-Mobile
