I love buying at Michael’s, it’s my favorite store for all my yarns and crocheting supplies. Also love buying my Halloween and Christmas decorations. The staff is very friendly and very helpful!!

This location that is right new. Have perfect of an organized everything that I've found inside stuff and everything that I have for making from auction crabs by inside and outside, especially making a wife, your own decorations of jewelry's and also data. Well, surprised it inside and especially that well. Let me say this to all of you the truth. Man, this would have everything that it is very straight and organized. You will find out anyway. And also that I could make a have activities that to have fun with your family's loved ones friends, neighbors at auto people. Fun time to make

This store is amazing!!! I came in there with four of my own balloons and picked up an order for 4 balloons direct from the store on a Friday night. It was super busy, yet Viviana immediately went to check if they could fill up the balloons I brought in (being that they were oversized).
Wesam (one of the managers), came out in no time and said they could, even though he hadn't seen a balloon of that size before. We were all nervous about the possibility of it popping because we weren't quite sure what the full size looked like. Wesam asked me to tell him when I thought the balloon was full and I gave my conservative "stop" a little early because as it turned out, the balloon didn't float properly with the amount of helium in there. Viviana and Wesam were SOOO patient with me and took their time to try and undo the balloon tie so as not to waste my purchase (even though I said it was ok to throw it out), they took their time trying to save it so they could add more helium (and successfully did so!).
At one point when we weren’t paying attention one of the balloons came loose and floated to the ceiling… they felt bad and insisted on purchasing new balloons as a replacement for me (even though I said they didn't have to do that). They were both incredibly considerate and kind throughout the entire visit.
As promised I said I would post a photo of the balloons (which I used on a hike the next day) alongside their well-deserved review! Thank you again to Wesam and Viviana for such an incredible customer experience!

I usually love it here but I just recently had an experience where they were supposed to still be open but decided to keep the doors locked. Don't get me wrong I understand if it's 8:59 and you guys want to go home perfectly fine but it can't be that there's 6 minutes left and the customer knows exactly what they're going to get and you guys decide not to open the door. Only when we decide to drive away you guys decide to open. Again, I would usually give this place five stars but that in my opinion that was unacceptable hopefully next time to decide to keep it open just a little longer

I wish I could recall the name of the girl that assisted me, my memory is horrible. But shout out to Michael’s for an amazing staff and experience! As a Instacart shopper who stays very clear of accepting orders from anywhere besides a grocery store, I took on an order for a mother who needed 21 craft items for her sons school project. This employee walked with me and found every item with me. I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes, left to my own devices would’ve been an hour. The kindness and helpfulness is most definitely noteworthy. Shout out to Michael’s thank you.
