“I stopped by mavis tire at the westgate mall today because I saw drips on the cart port and asked if they could please check my fluids and tire pressure . They were very nice and took care of me right away
The manager and technicians wee very nice and knowledgeable I recently had an oil pan and transmission hose replaced and thought it could be one of those
They examined the car meticulously finding a hose clamp missing from the hose of the power steering pump. This gave me great peace of mind as I was scared it could be an engine seal or head gasket
They were able to fix the issue

“This was my first time getting my car serviced here and I am more than happy to have given them my business. I chose to come here because of the positive reviews and they surely don’t lie. Their customer service is great, they are honest about your car, and they absolutely will take good care of it. I had quite a few issues coming in; disconnected bumper, issues with my axel and brakes, poor tread, the works. What could be fixed was taken care of and I was given recommendations for what’s next. I wasn’t pressured to get any extra services done and was able to retrieve my car very quickly.
Prices are comparable to other shops, but I would rather pay to know my vehicle is in good hands. I would definitely recommend getting your car serviced here if you’re searching for a new mechanic!”

“First time taking my car there. Took my Jetta in to have the throttle body replaced and programmed and they found other issues which I took care of. They did excellent work and would recommend this shop to any import. Especially VW or pretty much anything from Germany. I'll definitely take it back for anything major. Guys were friendly and upfront. No messing around. I like that. Everything is working great on my Jetta. Price wasn't a shocker for what was done. But it was quality work. Thanks!”
“Had no issues getting our van in for a much needed oil change. Service was quick and about average for oil changes in the area at other local garages. Also had an estimate done to get some of the much more serious work that needs to be attended to.Good spot for those customers who may be there for more than an hour as the location has other local businesses that you can walk to for food or shopping.”

“I suspect this is one of the highest performing Valvoline service stations in the chain. From the moment one pulls on to the waiting area, there is immediate focused attention, even when the place is heavily trafficked. I have yet (in at least a dozen visits) encountered one attendant/tech who was less than professional - and personable as well. For example they honor my occasional request to delete the upsell, not pull the filters, etc. Please do NOT receive this comment in any was as condemnation of the attempt to increase $$$. I'd be disappointed if your techs did not apply their revenue enhancing training. But what is more important is that they actually listen as opposed to blindly insisting on 'the script.' The listening and customer focus is what keeps me returning. Your service is available for less money elsewhere. Your people are making you the money by being responsive and attentive. This kind of professionalism and customer-centric behavior never happens by accident and is testimony to solid training and a robust culture - at least at this location. As much as I would like to say otherwise, I have been to other locations that are not up to the standard I witness at the Trexlertown operation.”
“My family has been going here for probably a decade or two now as our primary mechanic. I’ve never had a reason to not trust them. From what I can tell, they are owned and run by family and I’ve been working with the same people for years. If you are reasonable and understanding of them, the easier it is for them to work with you. Prices seem fair and most importantly, you leave with the peace of mind knowing that you received honest and thorough advice/work. Moreover, they are willing to give you advice when it comes to maintaining a car versus finding something else and will look out for your best interest.”

“I initially called and chatted with a gentleman over the phone. Suggested a few different tire brands for future tire changes though suggested I come in for the simple repair. Topo was the mechanic that helped repair a tire puncture in my front left tire. It had been leaking slowly with needing to re-inflate it every few days or so. They squeezed me in and I was out within an hour. The same person I talked to on the phone suggested blunt answers to upgrading stopping power before going into bigger price territory. Come here and expect prompt service and excellent care. Topo is your guy! I'll be coming back for the damaged corner soon. ?”

“I called all week to get an appointment, but no one ever answered the phone. So I decided to drive over there to make an appointment. When I arrived I was able to be seen right away. The technicians were friendly. Excellent customer service. Went in for an oil change, I was in and out in less than 30 mins and it was a Saturday morning. So glad I went.”
