Took my car in for an inspection, and knew my car needed some work. I paid $1100 to do all the repairs done I could there including an engine diagnostics, and wheel alignment. I was told I need to drive it for 100 miles, and get the exhaust fixed, and it would pass inspection. Not only did they mess up the wheel alignment, and not actually fix the error code, I bring my car back after getting any additional repairs done, and they say there's about 5 other problems that popped up in two weeks, most of them that take a significant amount of time to propogate. To me, it seems a little like price gouging, and makes it a little untrustworthy.

They said it would be 1-1.5 hours to get 4 tires changed. After 2 hours I asked at register how much longer and he told me that they were just about to get to my car. I made this appointment way ahead of time. He said it was going to be another 1-1.5 hours. Never again coming here. They can't staff their business for the demand. I'll go elsewhere.

I had an inspection done at the end of January, and the mechanic only said that I needed to have the brakes done. Now the end of February I bring in my car to have the rear brakes done and the same mechanic tells me that I need to replace the belt and that he checked the car fax and saw I never replaced my spark plugs. How do you go from the rear of the car to looking under the hood to find these other things you didn't find a month ago during the inspection. Now I go from a $200 job to almost $600. Does that not sound suspect or what. It's time to find a new service station.

My wife took our car in for an oil change and tire rotation. No complaints. I would have rated it a 5/5 stars but they failed to communicate with my wife about the oil leak they found. I noticed it when there was oil drops in our driveway. While it was mentioned on the vehicle inspection report, a physical copy was not given to her or was it mentioned.

Luis and Sign at the Whitehall PA location are amazing. They stayed late to make sure I was able to get my tires, one of which had a nail in it, replaced. Thank you guys for helping me and for making sure my vehicle was safe for me to drive.

I should've listened to the reviews. I was told to bring my car Sunday for an oil change and that way I avoid the crowds. Appointment at 10 am it's now almost 1 pm all for a simple oil change. Having to wait is 1 thing but then they lie to your face by saying 1 hr when they know it's not going to happen. Never again.

Would give negative stars if possibleWanted to charge 1000$ to replace headlight housing making a false claim of it being cracked. Charged for an oil change and can’t be sure it was ever done (no windshield sticker) Charged 140$ to cut rotors when not needed. Took my vehicle to a reputable place and passed a multipoint inspection without any of the faults “pep boys” claimedPlace is a scam

I came for a new battery but I had known my VW Beetle had some other problems. The whole staff here was so helpful and they helped me prioritize what needed to be done. Since it was a lot of unexpected work they helped me get the cost low.They also explained EVERYTHING. I had a lot of questions but they were so helpful and kind.Overall, they went above and beyond to make it a positive experience. I will be a returning customer! ?

The online ordering option is completely useless I placed a order received a order confirmation received a confirmation it was ready for pick up and when I arrived to pick it up I was told there was no order
