This used to be my go to store for our pet needs. Our last two visits were disappointing because many items were out of stock and the prices are higher than other stores now. We’d be willing to spend a little extra if the staff was nice. There seems to be less of the knowledgeable staff who were willing to help and now you have to interrupt three staff members talking about their weekend plans just to ring out. Don’t worry, we won’t inconvenience you anymore to give you our money.

Horrible experience! Ordered baby formula for my baby birds since I had left some for 5 days I ordered from their web site because it said it will arrive in 5 days. Days after order no updates. Contacted them they don't have it in stock! And I'm waiting when it will arrive because they are selling the product which is out of stock and never sent me any updates. Now I have ro look where to get the formula right now because I dint have it and that buseness wasted my time provided me false information!

DONT buy fish here. They don’t care for their tanks, and you’ll end up with fish with disease that will infect your tank. Go to petco where they know what they’re doing.

I just got my bullie taste of the wild and they had the only place I was so happy they had Victor but not the puppy and small one can you please make one so I had to buy the taste of the wild with bison & Roasted Version I don't want to give him any fishy food for now you have to be be very careful with bullies so that one I got big bag thank for carrying it you have made a costumer of me ? and I love your bully toys ??
