Make sure to check your package before you leave. They will try to sell their floor model as new.
We ordered 2 chandeliers and one of them was a floor model as it looked used and head signs of wear and tear compared to the 2nd one.

We bought a Chapman Marble Dining table which cracked due to an obvious manufacturing defect. Pottery Barn would not replace the marble table top even after I provided evidence of the defect. They also did not respond to any letters of feedback.

I ordered a new Christmas tree on Black Friday. It wasn’t scheduled to be delivered until 12/11, but I liked the tree and it was a Black Friday deal. The following Monday they canceled my order. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with them only for them to offer me an ugly, smaller one, for $60 more than the one I wanted (no discount). Screw you Pottery Barn. I will no longer order from you, or seek out your stores while I’m shopping at malls. You have too much good competition to have an elitist attitude. See ya!!

We recently went into the store at Lehigh Valley mall, searching for the right chairs to go with a couch we are ordering from Pottery Barn. Susan was absolutely wonderful to work with. She walked around the store helping us find the right fit and after looking many times before, she suggested a fabric I’ve always passed over in the past and we were in love! She listened to what we were looking for, and we felt really appreciative to have so much of her help and focus with no pushing that we purchase that day. We are looking forward to ordering in the upcoming week after finding the perfect fit with Susan’s help!

Excellent customer service ! I called from different state and requested an papers of installation for one of my shelf I used to have but lost it somehow , the lady on the phone she send me the papers after less than an hour ! Thank you so much !

Would be zero. This is the second time I came to the store with questions about the same order. Let’s start with no one greets you when you come in I had to walk the whole store to find two employees staring out the door. I digress. I ask about the order and they asked me what I ordered, when I tell them she automatically says “no not here we don’t sell that.” I said no I did the pick up for this store. She again says no maybe William Samoma ( I ordered pajamas…) and I had to pull out my order confirmation to show that yes in fact THIS store. Only for her to go back disappear a moment and come back to suggest I cancel my order and have it shipped to my house instead and walked out. I was shocked. The woman that was also with her came back and was surprised I was waiting and said “didn’t she explain to you already?” Like ma’am…how is it taking a month for a pick up order to be ready AND you have zero idea where it is? In no way is it right for me to wait another month by reordering it. If it wasn’t hello kitty I would’ve given up already.

Several orders online received damaged over the years, without a doubt the worst customer service line to call. After this most recent experience of a refund not being issued until I called 2 weeks later and they "weren't sure what happened" I will never order from Pottery Barn again. Order from any other company and save yourself the headache.

Man I wanna give this company 5 stars but with spending over 10k in just the last month and a half and being the first I have shopped with pottery barn it's been a BIG HEADACHE!! Problem after problem hours spent at the store with LAURICE which she is the ONLY good thing besides good quality they have... the rest has been horrible experience.. I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED IN this companies customer service on top of the delivery fees they have 250+ smh AGAIN LAURICE from LHVALLEYMALL was the only good service I had... so sad but I'm not sure I will finish my shopping with them.. I'll spend my refund money and that might be it for me.. I have a house to furnish ??
