I called and got a quote for an oil change. Service manager said around $50.00. Wich I thought was pricey but I needed it done and he said I didn't need an appointment. I went the next day and I waited over an hour and a half to get oil change done.I asked what was taking so long and he said they didn't have the right filter for my vehicle. Wich he never mentioned. Because I wouldn't have waited that long. So I asked Service why vehicle was taking so long, I was told I had some special filter that they didn't carry and they had to wait to be delivered from local auto parts place before they could do the oil change. Then they tell me it's suddenly $80.00 for my oil change. I paid the 80 and had to leave (my wife had to be back to her work) As I'm driving down 22 after leaving I notice terrible wobble. I check my automated tire pressure and all 4 tires were over inflated 47,49,45,44. I called immediately and asked manager if they checked tire pressure he said yes that was part of theservice. It says right on my door psi 33 why would they even attempt to add air? Especially that much. Techs here can not be trusted. Manager said come back to get tire pressure right I couldn't back. I went to service station and they put my tire pressure right no cost. 33 psi this place can't be trusted.

Tried to fix an issue that I was having with my car and ended up flashing the modules that did nothing and charged me over $200 and didn't even fix the issue. Tried calling multiple times with no returned phone calls

Great service and helped me activate my Ford app for my truck. I was told by Nazareth Ford my truck did not have. I should have looked myself and I should have bought a truck from Gilboy Ford. I’ll be going to Gilboy for repairs and service.
