The staff are very helpful and kind. They helped me find the right suit for my husband without him being there when i made the purchase. They are expert and very knowledgeable. I really recommend this place. The owner is beyond and above for choosing the right staff.

Decided to give this place a try while looking for a suit for an upcoming gala I’m shooting at the Philadelphia Art Museum. The staff was friendly and helpful, until I spoke with the owner.
After trying on two suits, I asked if he had any higher-end options and what the materials were like. His response was, “Be serious and we can look for more options.”
Confused, I asked what he meant by “be serious,” and he said it didn’t seem like I was serious about making a purchase. Mind you, I had already tried on two suits. That comment was unprofessional and disrespectful. What was he expecting me to do, throw money on the table to prove I was serious?
The fact that the owner would even say something like that speaks volumes about how he views potential customers. I was raised to treat everyone with respect, and it’s disappointing to see that Rêver doesn’t share that same value.
It’s sad to see a business in our community operate with such poor judgment and lack of courtesy. I sincerely hope they don’t treat all their customers this way. If you’re looking for a suit, I recommend visiting one of the many other reputable stores in town that actually respect their clients.

Needed a suit for my sons homecoming dance tonight and they hooked him up with a suit shirt shoes and all perfectly custom sized his pants in 20 min amazing and service was excellent

The customer service was stupendous. I'm a limo driver and I needed a new suit. They hooked me up with one right away and they adjusted it to me perfectly. I will be doing most of my business here for a long time.

Customer service was outstanding. Fitting is perfect. They hemmed the dress pants while I waited. Prices are fantastic. There is no need to go anywhere else for dress clothes.
